We had the good fortune of connecting with Lilian and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lilian, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I think it’s love. What you loves will make you success. My boss likes outdoor activities, hiking, climbing mountains, camping and so on. He lives a healthy life. But in winter, it’s cold and hard to do outdoor activities if you wear too much but doesn’t provide you enough warm. So he wants to create some heated products to keep him warm and cozy when he is outside. That’s why he creates ARRISLIFE. Fabric and quality are what we value when we produce. After getting into heated products, he also noticed that FIR therapy is good for pain relief and it can effectively conduct and permeate energy to the deepest area of back. That’s the reason why the heating back belts were created.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
We always adhere to the principle of “customer first, quality first”. Each product has been tested before we ship. That’s why our heated products are popular all over the world. We have warehouses in US, Canada, EU countries, Australia, and some other countries, to provide fast shipping. All of my workmates love our jobs and we are doing what we love. Here is a picture of our working place. No doubt everyone wants to work here!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Mount Qingcheng. 5A level scenic spot. A beautiful place for hiking and camping, to see the first sunlight and enjoy the fresh air. It also has a long history, many foreigners come here to learn Taoist culture every year.

DUKU road. One of the most beautiful road in China. A must to-go place for people who love outdoor activities. Like Jamie Lyn said “Jobs fill your pockets, but adventures fill your soul.” You can experience 4 seasons on this road in one day! You’ll forget all troubles and fall in love with nature.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d say my sister Amy who is the manager of RC-WING.com. She knows a lot about drones. Build and fly drones as a hobby. She is a successful business woman and a good mother of a 7-year old girl. She also do business with some high tech universities who have drone projects. Cool isn’t she?
