We had the good fortune of connecting with Natalie Randall and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Natalie, as a parent, what have you done for you children that you feel has had the most significant impact?
The examples that I set are by far the most important thing I’ve done as a parent. What better way to demonstrate to your children than to set examples in your own personal and professional life?

At the end of the day the examples that I set are far reaching and not encompassing of just one specific life skill. The examples can best be found in the following scenarios:

When faced with a predicament, can I demonstrate creative, solutions-based options to help my own son learn to overcome his own challenges? Do I often live a life of integrity? Do I demonstrate love and compassion to those I don’t necessarily agree with? As a leader, how do I communicate with others and walk alongside them when a mistake has been made? Can I be humble enough to admit my own flaws, faults and shortcomings? And, am I pursuing my dreams and purpose without excuse?

What should our readers know about your business?
There are over 46,000 professionals in my industry in Colorado alone. The competition is fierce and I love my clients. I am a local Realtor® to the Denver metro and North Denver metro area. Getting to where I am business-wise wasn’t easy, especially with a heavily saturated professional field. One of the ways that I overcame challenges in real estate was to surround myself by other professionals succeeding in the world of real estate. I intentionally put myself in coaching to work at becoming a professional that stands apart in the industry. An abundance mindset has contributed to my success, and a tenacity to reach goals. As a former teacher, it’s incredibly important to me that clients feel knowledgable about the many facets of their real estate transaction and that they know exactly what to expect. Communication is so important to me, and my desire is for my clients to feel like they are always aware of what’s going on.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
This is such a tough one! I think it really depends on the personality of my best friend. If they’re extroverted and love to dine, I would recommend visiting places like Rino, Baker and Lo-Hi. If they enjoy the outdoors, there’s always the iconic Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks Amphitheater and Chautauqua Park. If they’re more introverted and want time to explore places further out from Denver, I would recommend my all time favorite places like: Marble, Crested Butte and Taylor Reservoir. More specifically, I absolutely love history, so I would take them on a tour of the historic neighborhoods in Denver.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My life has improved significantly due to many different mentors, teachers and support efforts of others. In my younger years, I had amazing teachers and leaders, like my youth pastor and his wife, several women that demonstrated love to me and acted as a second mom – so to speak, and some of the best high school teachers a teen could ask for. In my adult life, many of the self-development books have played a pivotal role, “The Go-Giver”, “Essentialism”, “The Comfort Crisis”, “The Success Principles.” As of late, my core group of phenomenal women leaders in the real estate world, the relationship I have with my Dad, and my life coach have been pivotal to keeping me encouraged with career and life goals.
