We had the good fortune of connecting with Nive and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nive, any advice for those thinking about whether to keep going or to give up?
never give up. Keep going.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am Nive. Jack of all trades. Weather u need 16 bars or 16″ on center, I’m your guy. I have passion for music, clothing, and anything art related. follow me @realnive on Instagram to stay in the loop. I have a lot I’m trying to accomplish in 2024.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Jo Do and the posers came to Charlotte to shoot a couple music videos for some songs we had. We went to a 5 star Japanese restaurant, we wandered the city in search of spots for footage, we went to strip clubs and had some of the baddest women in Charlotte shakin they ass. Good drinks, good smoke, Good people.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Jo Do and the rest of the posers. Jo and the posers have been a part of my inner circle since elementary school. We each have our own lanes whilst helping each other grow in every aspect. The posers is a network. But I have to give Jo the extra credit. If it weren’t for him. My music would not have had the amount of traction it gained so early in my career. We are both constantly improving so stay tuned. This is just the beginning.
