We had the good fortune of connecting with Noah Kline and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Noah, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
I would say for myself some big habits that have helped me are consistency, curiosity, and reflection.

Consistency sounds simple, but showing up every day with focus, whether I was in the start running laser tag games or now overseeing multiple businesses. This has built trust with my team and created momentum.

Curiosity is what keeps me learning and innovating. I try to approach every project like a puzzle, How can we make this better? How can we make it more immersive? That mindset has driven a lot of the creative risks that ended up defining our brand.

And finally, reflection. I make time to look back at what worked, what didn’t, and how I can adjust. That habit keeps me grounded and helps me keep my optimism practical, not naive.

For anyone starting out, I’d say build a routine that mixes discipline with learning. Show up, stay curious, and don’t be afraid to pause and recalibrate, that’s where growth happens.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I co-own Time Emporium Escape Rooms, Looking Glass Escape Lounge, and Polaris Entertainments, and what sets us apart is our focus on creating memorable, immersive, story-driven experiences. Every detail from set design, puzzles, sound, and lighting is crafted to transport our guests into another world. It’s about more than just entertainment; it’s about creating moments that people remember and talk about long after they leave.

I’m most proud of the culture we’ve built. Our team’s passion and creativity bring our concepts to life, and the recognition we’ve received; like awards for innovation, set design, and immersive storytelling, reflects their dedication as much as mine. I’m also proud that our Loveland location has over 3,000 Google reviews at a perfect 5.0 rating, which shows the care we put into each experience.

Getting here hasn’t been easy. It started with a part-time job at Loveland Laser Tag, where I learned early on that showing up, being dependable, and saying yes to opportunities could lead to much bigger things. From there, building multiple locations and taking our brand global through Polaris Entertainments required persistence, long hours, and the willingness to tackle challenges head-on. One lesson I’ve learned is that obstacles are just part of the journey, how you respond, adapt, and problem-solve is what makes the difference.

What I want the world to know about our brand is that we take our craft seriously, but we also do it with heart. Whether it’s designing an escape room, opening a lounge, or installing a project internationally, our goal is to create experiences that spark curiosity, connection, and joy. At the core, it’s about passion, creativity, and optimism, and that’s what defines our story.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I owe a lot of where I am today to the people who believed in me early on. Jeff, the owner of Loveland Laser Tag, took a chance on me when I was a teenager. He gave me opportunities well beyond my years, and his trust eventually led to us becoming business partners. That mentorship completely shaped my path.

I also want to recognize my team. The experiences we create at Time Emporium and Looking Glass wouldn’t exist without their passion, creativity, and dedication. They’re the ones who bring our ideas to life every day, and I’m constantly inspired by them. Specifically Sam, Mike, Kodee and Nathan!

And finally, I’d shout out Simon Sinek’s work. His writing has been a compass for me in terms of leadership, reminding me to start with purpose and to always prioritize people first. Those lessons influence not only how I run our businesses, but also how I try to show up for others.
