We had the good fortune of connecting with Rachelle Anslyn and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rachelle, the decisions we make often shape our story in profound ways. What was one of the most difficult decisions you’ve had to make?
Being willing to let go of anything and everything at every turn to stay in alignment with the deeper core voice I follow. This has often lead me into uncomfortable territory where these choices haven’t made sense to my mind at the time, but always in retrospect I see the wisdom of the energy that was leading me.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Looking back, I see how my path shaped my current business by going deep into one area of my own personal growth at a time and coming out to work in that field. It looks like I hopped into one thing after another but the truth is, whatever I did, I went fully in. The other significant thing about my path, is that these different chapters looked and felt VERY different, though there is a clear through line. They all relate come back to the body and consciousness. I went from working for an Acupunturist to becoming a massage therapist, then a yoga teacher. I went to nutrition school and started another whole business coaching. During this time, I had a huge shift which lead me to my next immersive study which was in sexuality and orgasm. My path became more about wake up than it was about fixing what was wrong. Previous to this, I was drawn to things because of my own issues. Sexuality was different, it wasn’t something I was trying to fix. It was something I felt was a fundamental part of me that I wanted to explore and it was something emerging in me and through me. It wasn’t actually about sex or orgasm, it was about energy, power and the fullness of who I am. Living from truth and my life force verses mental constructs and conditioning. Now, my business is about something that weaves all of this together which is all about how to we create the healthy soil from which we grow our lives from. It’s about integrating the health of our individual selves, our close relationships to the collective and the earth. Following what’s real and true from a felt sense. Creating lives that are the full expression of who we are and doing so from a solid foundation. Surrender is absolutely paramount in living the life meant for me and has been my biggest teacher along the way in following my path and meeting my own resistances along the way.
