We had the good fortune of connecting with Ramon & Giscel Rodriguez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ramon & Giscel, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Our thought process? It all started when the tables and chairs for our daughter’s first birthday were a no-show. We turned that disaster into a mission to create a party rental business where trust and reliability are front and center. Now, we’re making sure our customers big day is nothing short of perfect—because we’ve been there, and we know how much it matters.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Our business was built on a foundation of dedication, sacrifice, and an unwavering commitment to making our customers happy. My husband, Ramon, is actually a mechanical engineer, so one of our biggest challenges has been balancing his 9-5 job with the 24/7 demands of running our business. Add to that the joy and responsibility of raising our two daughters, and you can see why every moment counts for us.

What sets us apart is our absolute focus on quality and customer satisfaction. We’ve poured all our free time, especially summer weekends, into building this business. Failure isn’t an option—this business is everything to us, and there’s no plan B.

It wasn’t easy to get here. We’ve faced countless challenges, but each one has taught us valuable lessons. We’re incredibly proud of the quality of our equipment and, more importantly, the loyalty of our customers. The fact that they continuously refer us and return for their events is a testament to the trust we’ve worked so hard to build.

As a first-generation Latina, my goal is that our brand and business will create ripple effects for generations to come. This isn’t just about us; it’s about building something lasting that can inspire and uplift others in our community.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We are Colorado Natives! We love living here and the beauty and magic CO has to offer. First thing is first, we would take them to get some chili cheese fries at Chubby’s, after that we would probably take them to a Rockies game at Coors Field. That same week we would head on over to a nice hike at Red Rocks. Are you really visiting CO if you’re not going to see Red Rocks? We would also go to Daniel’s Park for some breathtaking mountain views. We would go up to Glenwood Springs to take a dip into the hot springs then go up to the Adventure Park.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Absolutely! Our journey wouldn’t be the same without the unwavering support of our family and friends—they’ve been our backbone. But a huge shoutout also goes to Kyle and Jeny Marvin from Marvin Rentals in Colorado Springs. Their mentorship and advice have been invaluable, and we wouldn’t be where we are today without their guidance. They truly exemplify what it means to lift others up in this industry, and we’re incredibly grateful to have them in our corner.
