Meet Rubina Ali | Founder Chairperson for UPPA

We had the good fortune of connecting with Rubina Ali and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rubina, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I have been working on peace and prosperity mission since many years in different parts of the world and I realize this mission is like spreading hope around the globe even though humanity is facing so many battles. That’s why I decided to register this company from USA and start giving hope to one person at a time. I knew with the blogs and the podcast I could reach masses and all I will do is guide them to love. Love is pure and it should be for every creation irrespective of color, size, groups, location, language, religions, tribes, cultures and shape. I wanted to take the message of pure love and that is the way to peace and prosperity. I carry only this purpose for my business and believe if I can guide only few, at least It would be worth the effort and I would have done my job as human to make this planet peaceful for our generations.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Pls tell us more about your work.

We work on Universal Peace and Prosperity and yes there are so many organizations that are doing the same thing and we firmly believe if we make those organizations, nations, and leaders our alliances our job can become easier.

We would love to hear what sets you apart from others.

We started working in conflict areas of Balochistan – Pakistan and borders of Afghanistan learning the ground realities of peace missions and factors that effect the beneficiaries on ground and upon completion of our Asia mission we started working in Africa which may be a new territory for us but problems and challenges of humanity are same so we were able to replica the problem solutions and the road map look the same towards the end of the tunnel where peace and prosperity was and has been waiting for them.

What are you most proud or excited about.

I am humble to have serve the mission of peace and prosperity by connecting tribes, politicians, leaders, consultants, technology, funds, innovation, civil societies, interfaith organizations, youth and women led leaderships, volunteers, motivation, hope and above all love for each other, and I am really excited about launching of this mission of now connecting those dots to be our universal peace and prosperity alliance and hoping once we connect them and make them part of this alliance imagine the outcome and how it will change the mindset and help us create better world for our generations.

How did you get to where you are today professionally. Was it easy?

Nothing good comes EASY! It has its own consequences and sacrifice. I had to move around the world making allies and teams and sometimes its not easy spreading the peace message as it potentially shows no tangible profits like in a business world we can see the value of a dollar based on efforts we put in but in such missions its all honorary efforts and people fail to see the output or result of any kind act or favor or initiative which doesn’t include monetary benefits. I remain at it till they actually grasp the idea of helping others to help themselves in wider picture or create bigger impact of such innovations that they wanted to work on alone. Whenever you work in a any mission which is simply long vision based and not showing immediate monetary benefits you always end up facing serious issues, obstacles and non acceptance of such possibilities that one day we could all actually live with peace and prosperity given that certain parameters and rules are followed. Being a single mother and woman didn’t help much socially by being immediately accepted by certain cultures but having my kids by my side has been instrumental for my mission as they were the energy of my mission to receive selfless love from both and spread the selfless love to others for creating a kind world for our future generations. To be a role model for a women was also a challenge as women are always taken to be weak and sensitive but the strength they carry is enough to shake the world if strengthen and connect together. They can take any task and bring it to justice by providing little support and guidance.

How did you overcome the challenges?

It was very simple:
1: Blind Faith on Divine Mercy
2: Patience
3: Perseverance

These 3 pillars played a vital role and kept me focus on this mission.

What are the lessons You’ve learned along the way.

Be Prepared! More Prepared! and much more Prepared!

When you jump into unknown parts of the world and believe that you will be ok then the answer is yes you will be ok but had you been more prepared you would have save lot of time, resources and issues. Every nation and its citizens face different challenges and they want the answers and sometimes the world give them answers in general which doesn’t help them, they always come back for specific answers so the lessons I have learnt is we must provide them specific solutions for their wellbeing, leadership, survival, roadmap to success, eliminate poverty, peace and prosperity. It took me a while to get a grip but now I have and am certain to help the alliances accordingly.

What do you want the world to know about you and your brand and story?

I just want the world to realize that we are meant to be happy, loved, care for and live in peace and I would like to request them to support me in connecting those dots around the universe by joining our alliance as an individual, group, corporation, community organization, nation, leadership, academic institution, charitable entity, interfaith organization, media, tribal organization as there is no fees to join us and yes there is no immediate monetary benefit in joining our Universal Peace and Prosperity Alliance but I can assure you it will change the way you looked at world so far and how your very existence can make a difference in changing the life of so many individuals. We all know that alone we can achieve so much but as an Alliance we can do miracles. Also I want them to know that our brand Universal Peace and Prosperity is totally selfless mission of finding pure love within ourselves and sharing it with many around us.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

I love California from Los Angeles to San Francisco to San Diego to San Jose just the blessings of divine to live in or visit them.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to dedicate my shoutout to my daughter Shahsultan H Ali, she has been my everything in this entire mission. She was always there to support and encourage me in the times where I would come close to giving up. She is an amazing artist and a most kind person I have ever met. Together we believe we can change the world one person at a time and bring them all to love and care for each other.
