Meet Sarah Gould | Global Learning Expert

We had the good fortune of connecting with Sarah Gould and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Sarah, what do you want people to remember about you?
Unlock human potential is the legacy I hope to leave this world. Seeing people find their voice has been my greatest honor. From working with children as a teacher and principal, to working with clients in leadership and career transition.
As a human being, I believe that being a learner and always being open to any and all possibilities has been a key to my success as a global educator. I always tell folks that the day I think I know it all, is the day I should retire!
Additionally, in working with adults I have continually been in awe of how uniquely brilliant each person is. All of us have unique gifts and talents to offer this life.
What should our readers know about your business?
Driven by the belief that my role is to unleash human potential, I have dedicated my life to the study and practice of analyzing team and individual performance. I am trained as a expert global leadership coach and facilitator, having served as a senior operations leader for fast-growing, well-funded startups in the tech industry to owning my own business, Sarah Gould Consulting.
I have mastered the ability to design training programs that provide new skills and capabilities to developing leaders, and hold over 20 certifications in the fields of coaching, leadership and education and hold a doctorate in Educational Leadership.
My work has been featured in publications such as CNN, EdWeekly, PBS, multiple dissertations, and articles.
I also have a book titled, “The Learning Team” that will be published through Simon & Schuster and will hit shelves in 2024.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Favorite day in Colorado:
Start the day with a visit to Chautauqua Park in Boulder with a coffee for a brief morning hike. Next, I would go to the Brown Palace for High Tea and self-guided tour (the elevator is my favorite!). I would then go to WaterCourse Foods for a juice. Finishing out the day at Sloan’s Lake to watch the sunset!
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I am humbly and eternally grateful for my mentors, friends, family, and network of people I have had the honor of working with and growing from.
