We had the good fortune of connecting with Lee Zuniss and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lee, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
My ultimate intention behind Lee Zuniss Coaching is to help people feel more at peace.

I’m trained (Co-Active Certified) to support people in getting clarity on what they want, trusting that clarity and taking action based on that trusted clarity. I incorporate various tools, that quiet the mind, into my practice such as microdosing, mindfulness and meditation.

My clients walk away with a clearer sense of how they want to exist in this life, an empowered plan of action in making it happen, a greater sense of self-awareness and a toolkit to pull from for the rest of their lives.

I say the more clear, empowered, fulfilled, peaceful, self-aware individuals in this world the better off we all are :-).

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My personal life coaching practice specializes in utilizing microdosing psychedelics, as a tool, to quiet the mind, open the heart and access change and personal growth more easily.

I coach my clients one-on-one (virtually and in person) and in groups ultimately, helping them find more peace, fulfillment and joy in their lives.

My education includes a Certification from the Co-Active Coaching Institute, two microdosing courses (for coaches, therapists and doctors), a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Maryland, and various prestigious acting schools.

I am where I am today, business-wise, because I got clear on what I wanted in life, I trusted this clarity and took action from this empowered place. I learned how to quiet down and bypass my inner-critic and honor my core values. Was it easy? Hell no. It just got easier and keeps getting easier as I practice.

I’ve learned that I have limiting beliefs, patterns and conditioning that I didn’t realize were “running the show,” This conditioning can dictate our actions and thoughts life. I realized that the clearer I can get on seeing and witnessing these limiting beliefs, the clearer I will see that they are not serving me and the easier it is to make more empowering choices.

I’d like the world to know that I keep a keen focus throughout my coaching sessions to uncover opportunities for my clients to learn and practice the skills of awareness and mindfulness. I believe that those I work with are naturally creative, resourceful and whole, that nothing is broken or needs fixing; that we all have a natural ability to resolve the challenges we face, and that while I have the questions, you have the answers.

I am proud to being doing my part in helping my clients experience this life in the most empowered, fulfilled and peaceful way possible.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My brother just visited recently. I was determined to show him a great time with the focus of he and I having some quality bonding time. In the days that he visited we hit our favorite pizza joint up in Nederland called Crosscut Pizza. He’s borderline celiac and they have an absolutely amazing gluten-free crust. We did a lot of hiking, we caught a show at Red Rocks, made some wonderful meals at home, took a cold plunge in a secret swimming hole, and wandered around the Nederland Farmers market. If we spent more time in Boulder I would have taken him to the Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse, on a hike in Chautauqua Park and a show at the Chautauqua Auditorium, a coffee at OZO and obviously walk around the Pearl Street Mall. There are so many things to do. I mostly wanted to be present with him.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d like to dedicate my shoutout to my gorgeous, larger than life, wife, Karina Vogt. Karina, thank you so much for always hearing me and seeing me. and for loving me so deeply and bravely. Your love, support and heart are threaded into my coaching practice and success. I love and appreciate you so damn much!!!

I’d also like to recognize my family and friends. You all give me so much love and support you don’t even know it! You all make up my foundational sense of peace, joy, contentment and confidence as we all navigate through this crazy life. I’m a lucky man.
