We had the good fortune of connecting with Summer Luman and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Summer, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
I think that the number one factor behind the success of Sanctuary Wellness Spa is first and foremost the quality of service we provide. We know the experience we want given to each individual that walks through our door and strive to maintain that consistency weather a brand new guest to the spa or a returning guest that has been with us for years.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Sanctuary Wellness Spa is a modern holistic day spa located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, Colorado. We invite and encourage our guest to take a moment to slow down and appreciate the magic of now. We incorporate time honored practices + holistic modalities to facilitate wellness through massage therapy, organic apothecary style facials, energy work, and body treatments. It’s the prefect blend to address the whole being through mind, body, spirit.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Fort Collins is such a charming little city -how could you not fall in love with this place?!? My perfect week itinerary for someone that has not been before has to include the great outdoors, a brewery, and a fun eclectic place for food! So many choices, but my ideal day would start with a hike at Lory State Park followed by a patio beer at Equinox Brewing. From there I would definitely recommend exploring the town by bike and ending the night with some dinner at Tasty Harmony or my newest favorite, Little on Mountain.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I love this question! Hands down, our guests deserve all the credit and recognition in our story! They have been ESSENTIAL to my success and am so humbled and honored that they have inspired and supported me on this journey these past years. I am so appreciative that they choose me, given there are so many amazing spas out there. Seriously- they are just the best and I feel so lucky to have them in my life!
