Meet Tatianna Clanton | Digital Content Creator/ UGC Creator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tatianna Clanton and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tatianna, why did you pursue a creative career?
“I have always been interested in anything social media as a fun hobby. It all started with YouTube , Instagram, then TikTok. As of last year in 2023. I have decided to take social media seriously. A lot of my friends and family would tell me that I have a knack for it. So i decided to give it a chance. Around that time I learned about UGC ( user-generated content) and I just grabbed my phone and started recording and the rest is history. I have been creating content ever since and I love it !

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a content creator and I love to post anything beauty, fashion, and wellness. I am based in Colorado and you definitely do not see a lot of creatives here. Which I believe makes me stand out already. I am not scared to post on my social media accounts, or record in public. I am never concerned about what people would think of me. If you want to be a content creator, you should not care about what people think , as long as you are not intentionally hurting anyone along the way. I am here because I decided to have faith in myself and just post. I am here today because I decided to take it seriously . This is definitely not easy, if it was , everyone would be doing it. I now understand why people who succeed in this industry say consistency is key, which is one of things I originally lacked. I still have a full time job as well as being a full time mom of two little girls. So I would put content creation on the back burner and recently I noticed I get way more opportunities when I am consistent. I also noticed that I am developing my craft. The only way I overcame this was by batching content when I have free time. The only time I have free time is after I put the girls to bed or for their naps. I am not going to lie, I have not been getting a lot of sleep, but it has been getting easier. I would want the world to know that you can do anything as long you try . Passion also plays a part as well.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Normally when I have friends come down to Colorado Springs I would recommend my favorite breakfast spot which is First Watch. Of course I would take them to the Garden of the Gods or Pikes Peak. As far as the night life I would take them to a food court called COATI, they also have a bar with amazing drinks ! If they love sushi , I would recommend Sushi Ato, it’s so good! Then if we want to do anything outdoors, I would recommend the hanging lake .

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to give a shout out to my family , especially my twin sister Jamillah. She is definitely my biggest supporter. She helps me with my content and always encourages me to keep going. Everyone in my family supports me in what I do. I also want to shout out my little girls , they are my biggest inspirations and I am grateful for everyone !
