We had the good fortune of connecting with Tina Mazin and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tina, how do you think about risk?
I believe risk taking is a major part of self growth! When you’re the most uncomfortable is when big changes and growth are in process. I took a risk and here I am today! And I couldn’t be more happy with my decision

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I believe what sets me apart from others is my experience with different ethnicities and skin types and my approach in making you truly understand from the core what we’re tackling in any of your treatments. I try to explain to you the entire time what we’re doing, how it works, and what you will see over a period of time. I went to the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics and gained so much knowledge from my amazing instructors that I use every single day in my business. School wasn’t easy but I loved every minute of the challenge and when it’s something you’re truly passionate about the challenge is so worth it!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Well I’m from Denver but am currently living in Las Vegas so there are A LOT of fun things to do! My favorite restaurants in Las Vegas are off the strip usually for example Shang artisan noodles or T bone steakhouse at The Red Rock casino! But if we’re in Denver we’re always visiting Vail for the amazing Mountain View’s and the fresh air. Some of my favorite places in Denver are the butterfly pavilion and the Denver zoo I am a huge animal lover ! My best friend is Korean so anytime I’m in Denver souel Korean bbq is a must!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My family played a huge part in my decision to become a laser technician. I always knew I loved making people feel good about themselves and truly love what they see when they look in the mirror; they definitely encouraged me to just go after it! Also my boyfriend; he always supported any decision I made and believed in me when I switched careers to pursue what I found to love!
