We had the good fortune of connecting with Tobi Ogedegbe,ARM® and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tobi, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
My business creates social impact on two fronts—through real estate private equity and residential probate/trust work.

On the residential side, I help families navigate some of life’s most difficult transitions—probate, trust administration, and the passing of a loved one. By offering compassionate, expert guidance, I reduce stress, prevent costly mistakes, and help families preserve generational wealth. Many times, this involves helping heirs liquidate or reposition real estate assets to fund medical bills, pay off debt, or invest in their future. It’s about stability, dignity, and legacy.

On the REPE side, I contribute to solving the housing crisis by investing in and improving multifamily properties. My goal is to create safe, well-maintained, and affordable housing that supports working families and revitalizes neighborhoods. I work with ethical partners and investors to ensure that profits don’t come at the community’s expense—but instead align with long-term, sustainable growth.

At its core, my business is about responsible stewardship—of property, of people, and of potential.

What should our readers know about your business?
I work at the intersection of residential and private equity real estate, with a dual focus: probate, trust, and conservatorship sales on one side, and multifamily real estate private equity on the other.

What sets me apart is my specialized and tailored approach in both areas.

In probate and trust real estate, I offer a highly specialized service that combines legal understanding, emotional intelligence, and real estate expertise. These transactions often come during incredibly difficult life moments. My approach is both efficient and empathetic—designed to relieve stress, avoid costly missteps, and ensure the estate or conservatorship is handled with care and clarity. Families don’t just need an agent—they need a guide. That’s what I strive to be.

On the REPE side, I bring a tailored investment strategy focused on protecting, preserving, and growing equity—for our firm and our partners. I look at every deal through the lens of long-term value, not short-term hype. I work to build portfolios that balance financial performance with ethical investing—because I believe strong returns and positive impact aren’t mutually exclusive.

Getting here wasn’t easy. Balancing the emotional side of residential work with the analytical demands of private equity taught me a lot about patience, resilience, and integrity. There were setbacks and steep learning curves—but I kept moving forward, always grounded in my values and the servant leadership my parents instilled in me.

What I want people to know about me and my brand is this: I’m in this to serve—families, investors, and communities. Whether I’m guiding someone through the probate process or structuring a multifamily deal, my goal is to bring clarity, care, and lasting value.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We’d start the day at the Denver Art Museum—the architecture alone is a masterpiece, and the exhibits are always changing, from Western art to bold contemporary installations. After that, we’d head over to Meow Wolf: Convergence Station—an immersive, mind-bending experience that feels part sci-fi, part art, and completely unforgettable.

For dinner, we’d grab a table at Linger, a former mortuary turned rooftop restaurant in the Highlands. The food is globally inspired, the cocktails are strong, and the views of downtown Denver at sunset? Unbeatable.

We’d end the night wandering around the nearby Little Man Ice Cream stand or grabbing a nightcap at Williams & Graham, a hidden speakeasy that feels like a step back in time.

It’s a perfect blend of creativity, culture, and cool vibes

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Without a doubt, my biggest shoutout goes to my parents. They’ve been the foundation of everything I’ve built, not just through their love and support, but through the values they instilled in me from a young age—especially the importance of servant leadership.

They taught me that real success isn’t just about what you accomplish for yourself, but how you lift others along the way. Whether I’m helping a family through the emotional and legal complexities of probate or structuring deals that improve housing for entire communities, I try to lead with empathy, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve. That mindset didn’t come from a business book—it came from watching my parents show up for others, over and over again, without expecting anything in return.

So, this journey—both in residential and real estate private equity—isn’t just mine. It’s a reflection of the people who raised me to lead with purpose and put people first.
