We had the good fortune of connecting with Zariah Cameron Lovell and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Zariah, what’s the most important lesson your business/career has taught you?
My biggest challenge has been finding time to recharge and focus on my own healing. I’m a workaholic, so it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and forget to slow down. Balancing my passion for work with the need for self-care is something I’m constantly working on, to avoid burning out.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I’m a professional model, and on May 1st, 2024, I launched my own talent coaching business. I go by Viper in the industry and outside of it. The name comes from a place of self-love, empowerment, and determination. It’s a reflection of who I am—unique and unapologetically confident in my journey. Alongside modeling, I also act and perform as a vocalist in the entertainment industry. What sets my business apart is the hands-on approach to helping talents grow and succeed. I assist them with everything from building their portfolios and connecting with agencies, studios, designers, and casting calls, to developing talent resumes and release forms for photographers.

It’s truly amazing to see models and talents discover their unique skills, styles, and passions. Helping them grow their confidence and thrive in this industry is the most rewarding part of what I do. Seeing them love what they do for a living makes all the challenges along the way worth it. Getting to this point wasn’t easy—there were obstacles, but I’ve learned that resilience, adaptability, and strong networking are key. I want the world to know that my brand is about empowering artists to find their own voice and succeed on their own terms.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’d start by taking my best friend to the best hiking spots in the area—we both love being out in nature. Afterward, we’d visit some of the bird rescues I frequent; it’s something close to my heart. We’d spend a day pampering ourselves, getting our nails done, shopping, and eating sushi—our favorite. A relaxing massage would be a must, of course! Then, we’d head out for a concert we booked months in advance, soaking in the energy of live music. To wrap up the week, we’d try something completely new—something neither of us has ever done. For us, it’s all about the experiences and memories we create together, and that’s what makes every trip special.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Leenda Nicole, the owner and founder of CatheXis Talent Agency in Denver, has been instrumental in my growth. She guided me out of a dark time in my life, helped me expand my skillset, and opened doors for networking that I never imagined. Leenda has been a pillar of support, not just for me, but for many aspiring and current talents. Her welcoming spirit and unwavering mentorship have been life-changing. Her mission drives success and happiness for everyone who crosses her path, and I couldn’t be more grateful for that.
