Most of the media often paints all businesses with a single stroke, but in our experience businesses are each unique and so many of them are focused on making the world a better place. We’ve highlighted a few such gems below.

Lynn Schwebach | Artist

As a multimedia artist, I hunt found objects and recyclable materials that would otherwise end up as trash. I use these objects as creatively as I can to create unique, one-of-a-kind sculptures, paintings, and other collectibles. My practice includes reusing papers and other odd remnants for collages. Within my small business, I take responsibility by working with ethical vendors to purchase fair trade gems and recycled metals. Additionally, I’ve implemented techniques into my studio practice such as conserving resources and carefully reclaiming metal scraps. Using these materials and approaches, I create thoughtfully crafted pieces that my community can treasure for years to come. Read more>>
