The driver of my success is working hard to be authentically myself within my profession of mortgage lending. I think the key to Rebundle’s success lies in the unwavering support of individuals who resonate with our mission. For years, Black women endured scalp issues with synthetic hair, an overlooked problem. As a Black woman, I understand this intimately, and Rebundle has garnered attention by addressing this long-neglected issue within our community. Our commitment extends to transparent communication, online presence, and responsive customer service. We differentiate ourselves by actively involving those who wear extensions in our processes, acknowledging the industry’s historical oversight. Rebundle tackles not only material-related concerns but also challenges ingrained in the beauty industry. Read more>>

Here at Glenn Fertility & Family Wellness the most important factor behind the success of our practice is purely the level of individualized care we give to each person. In order to do this well it is key to separate ourselves from the standard “heroic” sense of natural medicine in which the healer is the hero/ savior and the messaging is that the patient needs the healer in order to be well. We work WITH the individual as a part of their team, leveraging our knowledge and years of clinical practice with their experience and understanding of the body/mind/spirit they inhabit everyday. We don’t live in their body and we don’t pretend that we know more than them about who they are and how they go. We simply listen and facilitate. The model of our practice is intentionally slower and involves a lot more listening in order to “slow down to speed up.” Read more>>

For sure! Let’s break it down. First up, I invested time, energy, and money into my self-growth. Continuous learning and development are the backbone of any triumph. It’s not just about the financial investment, but also about dedicating yourself to the process and putting in the effort required. Secondly, it was finding the right coach for me. Having someone who understands me as a whole person inside and outside of my business was critical to taking me to another level. Then finding communities of entrepreneurs that I truly connect with at a human level helped me persevere through all the times I doubted myself. Read more>>

The most important factor behind my success is definitely the client experience. I want everyone who books with me to feel comfortable enough to ask me anything at all. I want my brides to feel like I am a friend who is attending their wedding and documenting the day for them, they can text me asking me for my opinion on the timeline, the venue, the colors for of the bridesmaid’s dresses, literally anything and I am so happy to help wherever I can. This is more than just a paycheck for me, it truly is my passion. It’s so important to me that every single person who books with me feels like they are my only client no matter how small the session is. I have made many lasting friendships because of this approach, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the clients who keep returning and asking me to photograph different chapters in their lives. I attribute a significant part of my success to my unwavering perseverance. It all started when I took up tennis at the age of five. By the time I was eight, I found myself on the court facing challenges, solving problems, losing points, games, and matches. These early experiences taught me the power of resilience and the ability to bounce back quickly. In tennis, you can’t dwell on mistakes; you have to be ready for the next point within seconds. That mindset became ingrained in me throughout my years as a junior player, college athlete, and a professional for 11 years. I became accustomed to facing losses, understanding that it’s an inherent part of the sport. If you can’t rebound swiftly, you’ll find yourself at a disadvantage. Read more>>
