In our experience, most folks, including ourselves don’t have enough of an understanding of risk and the role it plays in our lives and careers and so we have made a concerted effort as a team to have conversations about risk with our interviewees. We’ve shared some highlights below.

I believe that taking risks is such a big step to anything you’d want to pursue in the future because it unlocks a new opportunity(s) for you and you get to learn so much about yourself throughout the journey. it pretty much unlocks growth.

I like to think of risk as a great motivator for success. All the best things and accomplishments have stemmed from someone taking a risk to say, “f*** it, I’m passionate about this and will see it through no matter what.” Taking risks has played a large part in my life, and has fundamentally shaped my career along with who I am.
