We had the good fortune of connecting with Stefani Di Nino and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Stefani, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Generally speaking: entrepreneurship involves taking risks, some risks may not pay off, but an optimistic risk-taker will always look at failure as an opportunity to learn.

By taking risks, you give yourself permission to try things out, to learn, to fail, to grow and to explore. You get to test your limits and go beyond what you believed was possible. By doing this, you naturally build up your self-confidence, growing as a person and opening up a whole new world for yourself and everyone around you as well.

This was my case when I started my business and I honestly was so scared, with so much fear, I wasn’t sure if I was taking or not the right “risk” ; I will say that God always had my back, I prayed for his guidance throughout the process and for him to show me the path, little by little doors opened and everything began to flow, now what scared me the most gave me a beautiful confidence inside me to to keep going. I wasn’t afraid anymore to try and if it worked I knew the door was opened for a great purpose, however if the door closes, I learned from it and keep going.

Now on these days, sometimes I have the same feelings when I need to take some new risks but praying and having God always in front of my life has been the greatest blessing and also the biggest change in my personal and professional life.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Hi, my name is Stefani Di Nino, owner of @SDBEATYSTUDIO, I have been in the beauty industry since 2020 and opened my first studio in April 2021 (while I had a full time job), offering brow and facial services, however throughout the process I realized my biggest passion was brows and decided to focus 100% on brows (my biggest win), I quit my full time job at the beginning of this year and now this is my full time love, the journey has been wonderful, of course, with many sacrifices at the beginning, but rewarding to see how this dream grows.

So I would say it has been a bitter sweet road, definitely not obstacle free. I do believe we need obstacles in starting a business to mold us and add that special touch to our brand. With SD Beauty Studio every challenge has taught a lesson, and we have only learned and over came those obstacles to become the brand we are today.

SD Beauty Studio has been the special place for so many people already, established on 2021, our Beauty Studio is located in Bartow-Florida specialize in Eyebrows Design, Lip Blush (permanent makeup) and Lash Lift, services provided by our Brows Specialist, Business Entrepreneur and Licensed Esthetician: Stefani Di Nino.

Our goal and mission is to bring out inner and natural beauty through our services, providing a friendly and personalized service to each client.

My best advice is: Do not give up, keep going and have faith, everything will fall into place at the right time.
