Meet Taylor Hart | Health & Nutrition Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Taylor Hart and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Taylor, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The success of my clients, without a doubt. If you come to me with an issue you’re struggling with or a health goal you want to reach, my sole purpose is to help you in overcoming obstacles & guiding you as you achieve it each & every time. That’s the whole reason I love being a health coach—to watch & be apart of others achieving their goals.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am a health & nutrition coach who helps young women who are done being frustrated with their weight, brain fog, acne/breakouts, irregular or painful cycles, PMS & lack of energy & who are ready to find the balance in their bodies with a natural, restriction-free approach. I offer one on one coaching to help support & guide them as they navigate & overcome their obstacles getting in the way of their health goals & offer simple solutions to help them ultimately begin feeling their best. This business journey feels like it’s only just beginning! What I’ve learned most is that women are powerful, beautifully complex individuals who often just need someone in their corner as they navigate challenges & figure out what really works. There is no stopping a woman on a mission.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We would definitely check out a local hiking trail or two that has amazing views. Tunnel Drive is short & sweet. We would visit the Royal Gorge, perhaps even take a train ride. There are trails to hike around there that offer pretty views. We would stop in at Quincy’s & World’s End Brewery while here. If we drove up to Colorado Springs, we would visit Garden of the Gods which is one of my favorite places to take new visitors. One of my favorite pass-times is getting out in nature so you’d find us outside somewhere!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First I’d love to recognize my husband, Justin, for his constant support, patience, love & really being my cheerleader as I navigated this journey myself. His belief in me & my vision has been incredible. I’d also love to recognize my friend & coach Jess Halfpop, who helped kickstart & support me along my health journey. She’s a wealth of knowledge & I will always be grateful to her in all the ways she’s helped me in my own personal & business goals.
