Meet Kyle Adler | Strength Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Kyle Adler and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Kyle, let’s start by talking about what inspires you?
I’m inspired by everyone who wants to better themselves, I’m inspired by everyone I meet. Just like me, we all carry trauma and some times the people you don’t expect have the most inspiring stories.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a coach and personal trainer. I am in the process of buying a barbell club for weightlifting and powerlifting with hopes to expand to personal training spaces as well. I’ve been coaching just shy of a decade. Every start up or business has its challenges, the thing I always reflect on is that this is what I love and its never hard when it’s what I love. It may be a long road, but not hard. I want people to learn that trauma doesn’t define you and you can push yourself to do anything

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would love for this visit to be during the summer so most of it can be camping, hiking and visiting cool scenic spots or just relaxing by the fire. Downtown denver and boulder are always fun but so are Littleton and others. Good food and lots of rest. The rest can be something like bowling or fishing, but outdoors is huge to me

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are a lot of human trafficking groups that help people like me. Now Buscamos is a group that helps kids from Chile that were stolen like me.
