We had the good fortune of connecting with Ule Logue and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ule, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
Authenticity is at the core of all that I do. I believe in capturing genuine connections through photography, as these moments often hold the most meaning and depth. Additionally, it’s the emotions behind the photos that matter, as they truly bring a photograph to life and make it resonate with the families. When I edit I can hear the behind-the-scenes laughter and the quiet murmurs between couples. Creating images that trigger your emotions, whether it’s a laugh, tears or a simple smile, is what drives my passion as a professional photographer.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?

My art is rooted in connection; I strive to capture real, raw emotions through photography. I believe in building genuine connections with my subjects, which allows me to tell their stories through my lens. I take pride in my ability to evoke emotion and create images that resonate with people on a deep level.
One of the most critical lessons I’ve learned is the importance of perseverance and resilience. There have been times when I’ve felt like giving up, but I’ve found the strength to keep going, knowing that my work has the power to inspire and touch people’s lives.

I want the world to know that my art is not just about taking pictures; it’s about capturing moments, emotions, and stories that will be treasured forever. My brand is built on authenticity, passion, and a deep love for storytelling, and I hope that shines through in every photograph I take.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Having lived in Colorado almost my entire life I can honestly say I love our state, and cannot imagine living anywhere else. The mountains have my heart. Having grown up in Northern Colorado I would start with Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. I love getting a caramel apple and wandering the park.
The next stop would be Marco’s Coal Fired Pizza for the best gluten free pizza ever, and then Red Rocks for a concert, it is hands down the best place for a concert.
Next we would head south to Garden of the Gods for a great hike and finish with yummy fondue at Mona Lisa’s.
Finally we’d head up Highway 285 to the best kept secret in Bailey, CO – Aspen Peak Cellars, an amazing winerary on the river with delicious food, we’d sit on the river, drink good wine, and eat ourselves silly.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
To my husband, John, who has always believed in everything I do and encouraged me to shoot for the moon.
