We had the good fortune of connecting with Avery Dinnel and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Avery, let’s start by talking about what inspires you?
God’s goodness inspires me to be the best version of myself in all that I say and do. I once heard a quote with the message stating: for some people your life will be the only representation of The Bible. Within my social media I have cultivated a community for girls to feel seen, heard, and loved. I think there is a lack of vulnerability on social media. Whether you are going through a breakup, hard health battles, or anything else few and far between, those lows are typically not seen online. I feel called to share my life as a walking testimony of His goodness! Because through the highest highs and lowest lows, He is still good.
Growing up in a Christian family, my parents instilled values that I carry with me today. As the oldest of 3 girls, I always want to be a role model for them – showcasing respect, kindness, patience, selflessness, perseverance and discipline. I am inspired to be the best version of myself everyday, in hopes of bringing just one person closer to Him.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
For the last 3 years, I have had the privilege of living at the Happiest Place on Earth – Walt Disney World. Most days, I would don my red, blue, and yellow Toy Story costume, ready to greet the smiling faces as a Disney cast member. But in my time there, I realized a loneliness among the women I worked alongside. It was then that I knew I could create a legacy lasting longer than the Disney Fireworks show.
I was inspired by a sweet friend, Kasee, to start a girls bible study and community, but had no idea how much it would grow!
My online platform and community grew as I posted on my Instagram and Tiktok inviting girls to join. 3 girls showed up for the first study. However, it didn’t take long before it grew to a sisterhood of over 300 girls!
Picture this: the heart of Magic Kingdom, right in front of Cinderella’s castle – We would snack on donuts and sip our vanilla lattes as we listened, laughed and cried together.
This sisterhood grew because I was willing to share my story on and off line. In turn, girls related and felt comfortable to share theirs – vulnerability is a superpower far beyond what Buzz Lightyear can ever do.
No matter what title I hold, I will carry the weight of being a sister and friend. I will encourage finding joy in the mundane, foster friendships, and uplift women to find their happily ever after – one smile at a time.
Being a sister is not only one of the roles I was born into – but creating sisterhood is my greatest gift and talent!
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

I would not be where I am today without the support and love of my friends and family. They have continuously supported every endeavor with a cheerful heart.
I want to thank my parents, Eric and Tracey, for standing by my side every step of the way. Through my hours of gymnastics practices as a kid to moving me down to Walt Disney World, to ultimately helping create Pink Mountain Marketing, your encouragement and upmost support means the world to me.
I am privileged to know and be loved by such incredible people. My parents hard work and selflessness does not go unnoticed. My sisters, Channing and Delanie, and I have had the greatest blessing of watch their dreams come to fruition because of their consistent chase after The Lord.
