Meet Brandi Wright, The Real Estate Shark | Broker Owner & Property Manager

We had the good fortune of connecting with Brandi Wright, The Real Estate Shark and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Brandi, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success is the people I work with—clients, colleagues, and vendor partners. Real estate isn’t just about transactions; it’s about relationships. I believe that putting people first, understanding their needs, and building genuine connections is what drives long-term success. Whether it’s helping a family find their dream home, guiding an investor with property management, or collaborating with other professionals, prioritizing relationships has always been the foundation of my business. When people know you truly care, trust follows—and with trust comes success.

What should our readers know about your business?
Real estate is never an easy journey. The most successful brokers and brokerages operate seven days a week, 365 days a year. If someone needs something, you answer. You show up. You support them. That unwavering commitment to my clients is what led to the title my first two clients gave me, “The Real Estate Shark.” I never give up—I relentlessly pursue the best possible outcomes. Whether it’s navigating complex deals, negotiating fiercely on behalf of my clients, or staying calm and strategic when needed, I embrace every challenge with the mindset that success is the only option.
After 14 years in corporate third-party property management, I decided it was time to hang up my property manager hat and take a leap into residential sales. Five years ago, I was fortunate to work with one of the best brokerages in Colorado, gaining invaluable experience and honing my craft. After three years, I found my niche in the market, which led me to start WH Realty Company, combining my passion for residential sales with my expertise in third-party single-family property management.
That leap of faith has opened doors I never could have imagined. Starting from scratch with zero managed assets, we now oversee a rental portfolio generating over $70,000 in monthly rental revenue—and we’re growing almost daily. The momentum we’ve built and the trust we’ve earned in the market continue to leave me speechless.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned? People come first. Success in real estate isn’t just about closing deals—it’s about relationships, trust, and always showing up for the people who count on you. I’m incredibly proud of the reputation I’ve built—aggressive in negotiations, relentless in pursuit of results, and always focused on the people who make this business worth it.
This journey, takes grit, resilience, and a willingness to trust yourself. The rewards? Absolutely worth it.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend were visiting for a week, I’d make sure they got the full Colorado experience—great food, outdoor adventures, and the best local spots for drinks and entertainment. Here’s how I’d map it out:
Day 1: Welcome to Colorado – Downtown Denver & Local Eats
Breakfast at Snooze – A must for their pancakes and eggs benedict.
Explore Union Station – Grab coffee at Pigtrain Coffee and soak in the historic vibes.
Walk the 16th Street Mall & Larimer Square – Window shopping, street performers, and the best city energy.
Dinner at Guard and Grace – One of the best steakhouses in town.
Drinks at The Cooper Lounge – A classy rooftop spot with amazing cocktails and downtown views.
Day 2: Red Rocks & Golden Brewery Hop
Morning hike at Red Rocks – The views are unreal, and if we’re lucky, we’ll catch a soundcheck for an upcoming concert.
Brunch at The Buff in Boulder – Bottomless mimosas and killer omelets.
Golden Brewery Tour – Coors Brewery for the classic tour, then hit New Terrain Brewing for craft beers with a view.
Dinner at Abejas – A cozy Golden spot with farm-to-table cuisine.
Day 3: Mountain Escape – Breckenridge
Drive up I-70 to Breck – Enjoy the scenery, maybe stop in Idaho Springs for coffee at The Frothy Cup.
Hit the slopes or go hiking – Depending on the season, we’d either ski or explore trails.
Lunch at Breckenridge Brewery – Great food, even better beers.
Walk Main Street – Check out boutique shops, grab ice cream at Higgles Ice Cream.
Dinner at Hearthstone – One of the best mountain dining experiences.
Day 4: Garden of the Gods & Manitou Springs
Breakfast at Denver Biscuit Co. – Because giant biscuits are a must.
Drive to Colorado Springs – Hike through Garden of the Gods for epic rock formations.
Manitou Springs – Walk around, check out the natural mineral springs, and maybe try the Manitou Incline if we’re feeling ambitious.
Dinner at The Rabbit Hole – A quirky, underground restaurant with a cool atmosphere.
Day 5: Adventure Day – ATVing or Whitewater Rafting
ATVing in Nederland – Ride through the mountains for a true Colorado adrenaline rush.
OR (summer option) Whitewater Rafting on the Arkansas River – Nothing beats rafting through Royal Gorge.
Dinner at El Five – Tapas and one of the best sunset views over the city.
Late-night drinks at Williams & Graham – A hidden speakeasy with a great vibe.
Day 6: Lake Day – Boating & Relaxing
Spend the day at Chatfield Reservoir – Boating, paddleboarding, and soaking up the sun.
Lunch on the water – Pack a cooler and enjoy a floating picnic.
Dinner at The Fort – A historic restaurant known for wild game and Colorado-inspired dishes.
Day 7: Brunch & Relax Before Departure
Brunch at Root Down – One of my favorite spots with fresh, locally sourced dishes.
One last stroll at Wash Park – A relaxing way to wrap up the trip before heading to the airport.
No matter what, the trip would be packed with great food, outdoor adventure, and the best of Colorado living. I’d make sure my friend left already planning their next visit!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My success wouldn’t be possible without the incredible people who have trusted and supported me along the way. First and foremost, my clients—every single person who has put their trust in me to guide them through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Buying, Selling or Property Management services, your confidence in me means everything.
I also want to recognize my incredible vendor partners—my trusted mortgage broker, my inspector, contractors, title professionals, and everyone behind the scenes who help make every transaction run smoothly. Your expertise and dedication are truly invaluable. I’m lucky to have the best support team in the business—they consistently go above and beyond and, honestly, make me look even better than I am! Haha!
And of course, my family and friends—your unwavering support, encouragement, and belief in me have been the backbone of my journey. Whether it was cheering me on through challenges or celebrating the wins, I’m beyond grateful for each of you.
Success is never a solo journey, and I couldn’t do what I do without the amazing people around me. So, to everyone who has played a part—thank you from the bottom of my heart!
