We had the good fortune of connecting with Taylor / Paige Daugherty / Michael and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Taylor / Paige, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
We wanted to have a place that we could not only utilize for our own businesses – Taylor being photo and video based and Paige being online training, product, and social media based – but also a place that we could make an impact in our local creative community and beyond.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Taylor – my style and colors set me apart. Most excited about the opportunity to progress and work with bigger brands and make more of an impact with my art. I took a leap of faith after college, moved out to Colorado with money I saved working on a UPS truck. Didn’t know anyone but knew it would be a great place to create. I’ve learned that you never know who’s watching, the way you treat people is everything, strike while the iron’s hot. I want the world to know that anything is possible, truly. Every opportunity you need is all around you, you just need to learn how to see it. Paige – my passion, drive, and discipline set me apart. I am so excited to change the world with this and empower women, and everyone, that they can do the same. To get where I am today, I grew up extremely independent, went to nursing school and became an RN, then took a risk on myself and my business! This was extremely difficult every step of the way and I believe my journey won’t ever be easy, I just remember every day how worth it that it is. I’ve learned that kindness comes before everything. Success and happiness and directly correlated with the people who are there with you and for you along the way. Human connection is everything. I want the world to know that my brand and I are all about impact, changing the world in the most beautiful genuine empowering way possible.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Our favorite restaurants – Jelly for breakfast, Machete for lunch, The Green Russel for dinner. We love to hammock in the parks. Cinnamon Toast Crunch ice cream at Little Man. The Overlook Trail in Boulder.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Taylor – my shoutout is to my brother, Ryan. Without him, I wouldn’t be where I am today. None of this would’ve been possible. He has been my biggest supporter from the beginning and I love him to death. Paige – shoutout to my incredible friends back home from western NY / eastern PA. Best pals since middle school and have supported my crazy self every step of the way. Still in my every day life, ya’lls love has kept me fearless.
