Meet Natasha Austin | Mother, Entrepreneur and CEO

We had the good fortune of connecting with Natasha Austin and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Natasha, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
What made me start Diamond in the Ruff Ministries, I was living in an apartment building that was not suitable for any sober person let a lone a child to live in. The amount of criminal activity that went on there was enough to make you want to break down and cry. The terrible things that my children and I witnessed in that building was unspeakable and nowhere near suitable to raise a family. I came up with a safe way To get my children from the elevator to our front door , to them it was just a game but to me it was for their safety. From drug dealers to drug users to prostitutes and dead bodies, down to the homeless people. All different kinds of people were in that building that’s when I knew it was time to make a change something has to be done about this. So I have made it my personal mission to build my own state of the art facilities and really help the lower income and less fortunate people to better themselves and their lives. With hands on personal development programs with incentives and support the whole way to make sure they complete their journey. My nonprofit organization will be the crescent of the less fortunate people in the Colorado community. This project is expensive to say the least but it will be done with the help of donators volunteers in sponsorships I will get the job done.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
