Meet Joseph Bosworth | Chef/Owner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Joseph Bosworth and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Joseph, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
It all started out in fun, I just wanted to create a better chicken sandwich, lo and behold I created the Firebird.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I got where I am today by working hard and continually staying focused. The best way to overcome challenges is by handling them in a calm way, easier said then done. Owning a food truck is a 7 day a week job and I love it! With the help of veteran food truckers I have been able to navigate thru this crazy business. I woke up in the middle of the night with the epiphany of Firebird, and I wrote out the concept in an hour. 9 months later I was getting a massage from a local day spa and my masseuse and I got to talking and she was sitting on a food truck she wanted to sell, 5 days later I bought it for her and her husband and made new friends in the process.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take them to all my favorite food trucks, and of course check in all the sites that Colorado has to offer .
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I am proud to be part of the food trucker community. Everyone so helpful and nice. Man Cave Meat Co is a big part of helping me out as well as my family! My Father and sister I especially want to thank for there love and support!
