Hi Aaron Cummins & Emily Duke, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
We love this question, and something we’ve been asked about a lot surrounding our recent rebrand. While it can be challenging to identify a single factor that guarantees the success of a brand, we have taken a series of measures to ensure that our brand is founded on a bedrock of upholding a positive reputation. We understand that our reputation is not limited to our logo and the services we offer, but extends far beyond to encompass our messaging and values, our customer-centric approach that treats clients as individuals rather than mere commodities, and our carefully selected team of Realtors who represent our company. Establishing and maintaining such a reputation demands an immense amount of time and effort, as well as a commitment to adapt and evolve consistently to remain a dynamic, relevant, and inspiring brand. We are committed to this ongoing process of growth and development, and we remain optimistic about the long-term success of our brand.

Our company is founded on an ethos of Inspired Living, which allows us to positively influence the lives of the people our company touches, facilitating their pursuit of a purposeful and impactful existence through the medium of real estate.

○ Our resolute commitment to pursuing excellence is one of our most profound accomplishments. Our approach to all of our initiatives is rooted in strategic thinking and how to optimally position ourselves for long-term success, a commitment that demands a resolute devotion to our vision. It is this trajectory, coupled with our unwavering commitment to excellence, that fuels us with an unparalleled enthusiasm for the impact we can make in our industry, community, and the world at large.
● How did we get here
○ We both have backgrounds in psychology and wanted to create a modern and empathetic approach to business that differs from the antequated hard sales, money-first, corporate red tape industry standard. . We chose to enter an industry where emotions run high due to the significant impact of home sales. Our aim was to establish a company that prioritizes the human experience over the financial outcome of a transaction.
● Was it easy/how did we overcome challenges
○ We were cognizant from the onset that establishing a presence in this industry would prove to be challenging, owing to the vast competition and our relatively young age at the time we launched almost a decade ago. However, we approached each obstacle with strategic finesse, employing a thoughtful methodology to develop solutions that aligned with our company values and position us for sustained success.
● Lessons learned
○ If we were to narrow it down to one main lesson to share, it would be to stay true to your business values, brand and vision.
● What do we want the world to know about our brand and story
○ We want buyers, sellers, and brokers to know that LUX values them as individuals, and strives to support real estate choices that align with their life values and aspirations. Our overarching objective is to promote Inspired Living to the widest possible audience by delivering unparalleled service in real estate.

We have actually created a blog around this very thing. Visit our website to learn more about all kinds of neighborhoods across the state, along with the top neighborhoods everyone should know abou. We believe in living an inspired life, so the ideal trip would be dependent upon the visitor. That said, a few fun places to checkout are Tennyson Street near the Berkeley neighborhood, RiNo in Downtown Denver, the Cherry Creek/Wash Park area and of course, the quintessential drive through our beautiful Rocky Mountains!
