We had the good fortune of connecting with Aaron Hunn and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Aaron, is there something you can share with us that those outside of the industry might not be aware of?
Self confidence is really key. If you don’t believe in yourself why would anyone else? As cliche as it is believing in the way YOU do things is paramount. No question.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a rapper/songwriter. I actually hate calling myself a rapper. The way I perform and write my stuff is different. My unique perspective combined with my influences doesn’t really sound like anyone I’ve heard which is great. You gotta stick out. On top of that I was blessed with a personality to match. I am most proud of my two projects “Ephemeral” and “Thursday” which are out on all streaming platforms! Getting to this point was not easy at all. You hit a lot of tough patches. Times when you ask yourself is this going to work and am I good enough. That’s where that confidence and belief come in. I’m only human just like everyone else and I have those moments of self doubt as well. Being yourself, surrounding yourself with people who support you and always showing love is the best way to proceed. I want the world to know AyeRon loves you, be nice to people and stay wholesome.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Beer hall will always be my favorite place. It’s a bar downtown on Larimer. Very dear to my heart, lot of memories there. Gin Mill is another place I hold close. Downtown Denver can have really good energy and is always a good time. There’s a few good spots to catch a show too until COVID ruined it but we gone get right after it’s over. Don’t even get me started on the food. It’s too many fire spots to eat. Walton Street Cafe will treat you so good for real for real.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would say my family. They have always supported me. They always push me to do what I want how I want to. They do a good job of keeping me grounded while also encouraging me to shoot for the moon so I love them for it.
