We had the good fortune of connecting with Adel Ghiabi Hesari and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Adel, how do you think about risk?
Risk to me is an action necessary to become a successful individual and overall a better human being. Risk has played a crucial role in my life and business because it has opened many doors and created many connections with people that can help me achieve my goals. I see risk as something that is positive due to the fact that I either learn and gain experience from the risks I’ve taken or turn those risks into very big rewards.

What should our readers know about your business?
My fashion brand is called LMTD LLC based in Colorado. All my designs clothing pieces are designed in the United States. I started my fashion brand because I had trouble finding denim jackets that really stood out to me. Most denim jackets are plain and traditional and I wanted to create something that was truly unique, a piece of art, and stood out. I decided to implement city skylines and other types of graphics to my denim jackets and evolutionize denim jackets to make them more fashionable clothing accessories. I am most proud that my jackets stand out no matter who wears them. Half the time I’m in public wearing my jackets, someone will approach me and ask questions about them such as what company creates them and how they are created. My customers have also sent DMs saying that they have a received a lot of recognition in public wearing my jackets. I got to where I am today business wise by thinking outside the box and taking very large risks that if an outsider looked at me they would think there is something seriously wrong with me. It’s been a very bumpy up and down road for me. To bring in funds for my business I worked 4 months with only 3 days off and at one point I had to work 86 straight days without a day off. It was mentally and physically exhausting but I knew it had to be done. In those four months I had to sacrifice a lot such as my social life, spending time with friends, and my sleep. Even to this day I can’t hangout with my friends as much as I want to because of the amount of work that has to be done. I still can’t take vacations because I’m competing with other fashion brands that have been in business for 20-30 years, anytime that I spend not working is time they’re using to create an even larger gap.

Along the way I have learned very valuable lessons that will help me achieve my goals in life ranging from managing large amounts, how to work smarter and become efficient in my work, to what it takes to become wealthy and successful in the eyes of society.

I would like the world to know that my brand was created to fit peoples exclusive and unique styles. All of my products will be extremely limited because what good is it if everyone can have one? When customers wear my brand I want them to stand out in any crowd and look the most unique and fashionable. In 2023, my brand will expand towards shirts, shorts, jeans and even leather sets!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
All my friends are business oriented like myself. My favorite spot in Colorado is Cherry Creek. If a friend was visiting here for a week that would be the spot we will mostly be at because the vibes of Cherry Creek are immaculate. Cherry Creek has a wealthy vibe to it with all the super cars passing by. It also has many restaurants that serve amazing food. Many business owners and wealthy individuals can be seen at Cherry Creek and can’t ever go wrong with being surrounded with like minded individuals and making worthy connections while you hangout with friends.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to give a huge shoutout to my parents, my four friends Arya, Ahmed, Arian, and Arvin, and my mentor Keith Malone aka Millionaire Malone because the entrepreneurship path is an extremely dark and difficult path but these individuals have made it much easier for me from my parents supporting me and pushing me on daily basis to my friends helping me push my product out to others and helping me when I run into obstacles and to my mentor for giving me advice that is priceless and takes years of experience to learn. This group of individuals have made my journey a lot more pleasant than it should have been and I will always be grateful for them.
