Hi joe, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
We had some friends involved in the youth baseball industry and there was no desirable family-owned outlet that offers unparalleled customer service to help assist in the league’s needs. We received some inquires on the niche and decided to start the business where we can help youth players and leagues.

What should our readers know about your business?
We at Walkoff Sports offer our clients and potential clients a strong support group and industry knowledge to help the groups, teams and organizations keep the players in uniforms and well equipped at lower costs than available ion the big box stores. We work on lower margins than our larger competitors so we can help these teams provide better equipment and uniforms than the random jerseys you find online. This has been a difficult road however thank you to our return customer base and word of mouth advertising we continue to grow and build a solid reputation in the market.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I highly enjoy the food scene in Colorado as well as the beautiful mountains that we get to enjoy every day. A trip by Red Rocks is always on the agenda as well as bringing them by Walkoff Sports. Walkoff Sports, located in Aurora has been called ” A candy store for ball players”

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Good friends of ours is Centennial Youth Baseball and Softball Association. Without their support we would not be where we are.
