We had the good fortune of connecting with Adrienne Herzog and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Adrienne, what role has risk played in your life or career?
I think taking risks is huge in making career choices. Not only when I started my career in real estate I took a risk, also be investing time and money into setting up a business focused on probate specific. Also in real Estate taking risks is crucial, especially when the market was crazy quick and hot, as agents/ brokers we had to be ready to take very big decisions in a very short time and advise our clients to do the same. That certainly isn’t for everyone! I thrive on things like that and love that environment.

What should our readers know about your business?
I am a real estate agent/ broker but I have made at a special focus in my business to focus on families dealing with the difficulties of probate and probate sales. I have my own clean out crew, legal help and can help with off market cash offers or regular real estate sales.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Hard to say, I love so many places I am a big sushi lover and matsuhisa is one of my favorite places
I love rooftops like kisbee on the roof or lohi is a fun neighborhood
I love wash park and the Highline canal in Greenwood Village

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Like with anything we achieve we can’t do it alone. I have a great team behind me who helps me on a daily base. This means my family at home and my team at work. Certainly wouldn’t have had the succes and amount of sales without help of Cameron- team lead of Colorado team. We worked together on setting up colordaoteamprobate.com
His help especially with working on systems has been fundamental to my success and sales
