We had the good fortune of connecting with Alphonse Simeone and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alphonse, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Honestly, it felt like the most natural thing to do. I’ve always had that entrepreneurial side, I was that kid doing side hustles, not relying on just one source of income.
I’m not the “put all your eggs in one basket” kind of guy. But starting my own clinic? That came from a really personal place. When I hurt my back in high school, it was a Gonstead chiropractor who got me back playing rugby.
That experience stuck with me. I wanted to create that same kind of impact for other people who are struggling with the same pain and frustrations of not getting real answers and real results.
Opening The Disc Chiropractic just felt like the right thing to do. It gave me the freedom to care for people the way I’d want my own family treated.

What should our readers know about your business?
What sets us apart from other clinics is simple, we offer advanced treatments like Spinal Decompression and Shockwave Therapy, and we’ve built our entire practice on one thing—trust.
If I know I can help, I’ll give it everything I’ve got. But if I don’t think chiropractic is the right answer, I’ll tell them that too.
No sugarcoating, no outrageous sales pitch to reel them in, I never took advantage of someone’s vulnerability. I think people appreciate that.
When they feel that level of honesty, they enroll for treatments and they actually get better 99.9% of the time, and that’s what I’m most proud of knowing that I helped and played a part in people regaining their quality of life.
But none of this came easy. I moved to Colorado seven years ago with no clinic, barely any equipment, just a vision and the drive to make it work.
I didn’t know anyone, so I started giving health talks at a local gym just to connect with people. It was humbling, but necessary.
Eventually, people started coming in for care. With a lot of hard work, some luck, and God’s grace, I saved enough to open my own clinic and invest in the best tools available to get real results.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is this: if you lead with integrity, do the hard things consistently, and treat people right, everything else falls into place.
What I want people to know is that we’re not just another chiropractic clinic. We’re here to serve, to educate, and to walk alongside our patients as they heal. That’s the story behind our brand and we’re just getting started.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Oh man, I might be bad at this, I’m usually busy with patients, so I don’t get out as much as I’d like but if my best friend was visiting, I’d make time.
We’d definitely hit the mountains. I’ve done 10 of Colorado’s 14ers so far, so I’d probably have them come along on a hike, an easy one, I know those guys.
After that, we’d get back some calories with some pizza at Marco’s Coal-Fired. I’m a huge pizza guy, and theirs is legit.
I would say that we’d keep it simple, good food, good coffee, maybe catch a Nuggets game, and just enjoy the little moments. Sometimes that’s all you need.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would love to dedicate this shoutout to my lovely wife Megan, our son Enzo, my mom Andrea, and my dad Al. Without them, none of these would be possible.
