We had the good fortune of connecting with Amy Sweeting and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Amy, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind our success at V.A.M.P. Stucco is our unwavering commitment to honesty, integrity, and quality. From the moment you reach out to us, we prioritize your needs—whether it’s by answering your calls promptly, showing up to appointments on time, or delivering accurate bids quickly. Our dedication to customer service is at the heart of everything we do.
We take pride in the integrity of our bidding process. Unlike others, our estimators are not commissioned, ensuring that the bids you receive are fair and transparent. This means that our prices reflect the true value of the work, not inflated costs driven by commission incentives.
As a woman-owned business, we bring a unique touch to construction, offering a blend of meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of our clients’ needs. We’re also proud to be the only stucco company in the state that offers mobile color creation, allowing us to deliver the best quality colors in the market.
At V.A.M.P. Stucco, we only use the highest quality products in every project. All of our systems are upgraded systems, ensuring that the work we do is not only beautiful but also durable and long-lasting. This commitment to quality, paired with our customer-first approach, sets us apart and drives our success.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets V.A.M.P. Stucco apart from others is the exceptional quality of our work. We take the time to visit each property in person, ensuring our estimates are accurate and tailored to the specific needs of the project. Unlike others who might just throw numbers around, we focus on getting it right from the start. We use only the highest quality products and build stucco systems that stand the test of time. Our team is not only skilled but also respectful of our clients’ properties, always leaving the work area clean at the end of each day.
I am incredibly proud of the reputation we’ve built over the last 16 years. Starting with nothing but a a desk I bought on Craigslist and my husband completing all the repair work, we’ve grown into a trusted name in the industry. It hasn’t been an easy journey, but we got to where we are today by never giving up, continually putting our best foot forward, and by leaning on the support of many wonderful people along the way.
We’ve faced our share of challenges, including being hurt by a few dishonest employees who turned out to not be trustworthy. However, these experiences have taught us valuable lessons about the importance of trust and the need to surround ourselves with people who are aligned with our values. Despite these setbacks, we’ve continued to grow stronger, focusing on building a team that embodies the honesty and dedication that V.A.M.P. Stucco stands for.
What I want the world to know about V.A.M.P. Stucco is how hard we work to ensure our clients have a great experience from beginning to end. We’re committed to delivering not just outstanding results, but also a level of service that makes every project a positive and rewarding experience for our clients.
