We had the good fortune of connecting with Beth Knox and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Beth, what do you attribute your success to?
At the heart of my success is a deep-rooted passion for nature, simple living, and the wisdom of the Earth. I pour that love into all the things I create, and I believe it’s that authenticity — that real connection to something greater — that resonates with people and builds lasting relationships.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My story has always been rooted in connection — to the Earth, to the body, and to the quiet wisdom they hold. For over 20 years, I’ve devoted myself to yoga and bodywork, listening to the stories carried not just in our hearts, but in our bones and skin.

Through my grant work with UCHealth’s breast cancer program, offering bodywork and movement sessions to patients, I began crafting bath bombs, pain-relieving oils, and skin-soothing blends to assist in prolonging the therapeutic process — simple offerings made with organic oils, butters, herbs and flowers, and essential oils.

The deeper I moved into the world of plants and their medicine, the stronger the pull became to create. Sun Mountain Bath Co was born from that space — a blending of earth, spirit, and care, dreamed into life to help others reconnect to their own healing and the beauty of living simply and soulfully.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take them paddle boarding at rampart reservoir – the views of pikes peak from up there are second to none! Then into manitou springs for a delicious lunch at Adam’s mountain cafe: An afternoon walk around the garden of the gods then a soak at sunwater spa and mocktails at Gratitude Cos.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
None of this would be possible without the people who have believed in me. My children and my family, who keep me grounded and give me strength. My community, who has shown up for me again and again. My customers, whose trust and support are the reason I get to do what I love every day — I’m endlessly grateful for them. And the incredible makers and artists I’ve met along the way, who inspire me with their wisdom, creativity, and courage. Every connection, every bit of encouragement, every shared story has been fuel for this journey. I don’t take any of it for granted.
