We had the good fortune of connecting with Bobby Stuckey and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bobby, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind the success of the Frasca Hospitality Group brand is the team of leaders that I have the pleasure to work with and create the terroir of our brand. In wine making, we talk about terroir, that is part the ground, the soil, the vines planted, the weather of that year. And, in the restaurant business, our terroir is the people that I get to work with every day that really are the shepherds of our brand.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I started as a dyslexic punk rock bus boy in the 80’s! I am lucky that I found the restaurant industry, because as a challenged student – this has been a great career for me, and I feel very lucky to be still bussing tables.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to give a shoutout to the Independent Restaurant Coalition for saving so many businesses this year during the pandemic.
