We had the good fortune of connecting with Brian Radford and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brian, what is the most important factor behind your success?
While there are many different ways to define success in business, my specific business defines it quite uniquely. Success for me is defined by my clients, who often happen to be special needs individuals, and how well I’ve been able to assist them in reaching their specific goals.
As a Special Needs Consultant and Neurodiversity Expert each day, client and goal are different, which also makes success a moving target.  I work with a wide range of neuro-differences as well as ages, ranging from age 5 to 63.  So success for me is always tied to how well my client and I are moving toward their own success.  This is challenging and motivating at the same time for me, as I take pride in being able to assist others effectively when other methods or programs have failed, but due to the nature of the special needs, I have to be constantly evolving and adapting to the client and the environment.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My firm is a Special Needs Consulting and Neurodiversity Expert related services company. I consult for individuals, families, and businesses on special needs-related topics and deliver training and speeches related to Neurodiversity. My extensive and unique background has given me the tools to effectively engage with my clients and help them reach new levels of personal and professional success. I wear a lot of different hats: Life Coach, Mentor, Tutor, Friend, Behavioral Modification Expert, Trusted Advisor, etc., and fill a gap between traditional therapies and real-life integration and execution. I create bespoke coaching programs for each client specific to their needs and overall goals and can assist with issues from academia to weight loss and nearly everything in between.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
