We had the good fortune of connecting with Carly Previti and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Carly, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking.
Taking risks comes a bit naturally to me. Once I’ve taken the time to thoroughly think things through and weigh the pros and cons, I usually just go for it. I believe that if you don’t try, you’ll never know and if you do try, you’ll either succeed or learn something valuable. That mindset has shaped both my personal life and my career. Some of the most meaningful opportunities I’ve had came from taking a leap of faith, even when the outcome wasn’t guaranteed. For me, risk isn’t about recklessness, it’s about growth, courage, and trusting yourself to figure it out either way.

I wouldn’t be where I am in life- business or personal if it wasn’t for all the risk I have taken.
The last 15 years of my life have been nothing but risk if I’m being honest. Which I guess is why it comes so natural! Now I’m living the life I have always dreamed of.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business began in 2018 out of a converted 2000 bluebird school bus. What started as a mobile metaphysical shop eventually evolved into something much deeper: a community and a calling. Like many others, COVID flipped everything upside down, and I had to start over completely. This time I chose to do it in a new state, with new challenges, and a new vision. It wasn’t easy, but it was necessary.

Today, I’m proud to say I’ve opened a brick-and-mortar metaphysical shop and have expanded into hosting women’s retreats, space designed for healing, sisterhood, and spiritual renewal. What sets my business apart is that it’s rooted in lived experience, not just aesthetics. Everything I offer from the crystals and candles to the intention kits and events is curated with care and authenticity. I’ve lived the transformation, and now I help others access theirs.

The journey has come with trials and tribulations, but I’ve learned that resilience, faith, and alignment are non-negotiables. I want the world to know that my brand is more than products,it’s about creating sacred spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, their power, and each other.

This isn’t just a shop it’s a movement built on starting over, standing in truth, and embracing the magic that lives within us all.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would definitely start with breakfast!
My favorite place to take someone for breakfast would have to be Pete’s cafe in Thornton Colorado. I use to live right down the street from Pete’s When I first moved to CO and this little small family owned cafe was so delicious and so welcoming! It’s been 4 years now since I’ve moved and whenever I go back to visit they always remember me. I think that is so important. Oh! And try their Greek skillet, you won’t regret it!

After breakfast I would head off into the mountains, I mean come on, you can’t come to Colorado and not go to the mountains. There’s so much to do in Colorado Springs, like pikes peak, cave of the winds, Garden of the Gods And you cant forget to stop at Rudy’s BBQ for lunch.

If we’re spending the week, we would definitely have to check out some other mountain towns like black hawk for a little casino trip.

Come back into town and head to lo-hi for someone good night life!
I love a good speak easy so a stop at Williams and Grahm is a must! Lady Jane’s just across the street is another fav! And if the nuggets are in town a trip to ball arena is a must!
If not, settling for a good concert at red rocks wouldn’t be to bad either!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I have to give a huge shout-out to Jen Sincero, her books have seriously moved and motivated me ever since I picked up “You Are a Bada*s at Making Money” at the bright young age of 23. I loved it so much I made it a point to go to her book signing in Philly, where I picked up “You Are a Bada*s” (yes, a little out of order—but honestly, it was the perfect order for me).

Since then, I’ve completed her full series, and it’s wild how every time I picked up a new book, it was exactly what I needed to hear at that moment in my life. Her words have been a guide, a pep talk, and a kick in the a*s all in one.

If you haven’t read any of her books—DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. They’re game changers.
