Meet Holly Baier | Public School Teacher & Bullet Journal Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Holly Baier and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Holly, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
The value that matters most to me is connection. It has always been a touchstone throughout my life and a source of joy. I have consistently enjoyed connecting with students in the classroom, with individuals in coaching sessions, and with groups while conducting bullet journal workshops. Seeking connection has always inspired me to try new challenges in my personal and professional life.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I have a passion for bullet journaling which is a journaling system that combines creativity and structure to set goals in your life. I’m excited whenever I can help a client achieve their dreams and become more organized through this system. I wouldn’t have made it to where I am today without being vulnerable, taking risks, and reaching out to individuals and organizations to present workshops and coach individual clients. Taking risks and being vulnerable is never easy but that’s where the greatest adventures and challenges lie and I have found the most satisfaction in these areas. My brand is about showing that we all have a story to tell and that by putting pen to paper our stories have a profound impact not only on ourselves but to others as well. This is the beauty of bullet journaling – when we show ourselves that behind the messiness of our lives is a story about achieving goals and accomplishing our dreams.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Coffee and journaling at Prodigy Coffee Shop, a coffee shop with a great impact in the community Hike Green Mountain and Red Rocks Amphitheater both overlooking Downtown Denver. Lunch at Just Be Kitchen, a Paleo friendly restaurant Shopping and walking through Berkeley neighborhood Checking out the street art in the RINO neighborhood Yoga at The River Yoga Studio and BIG Power Yoga Dinner at Uncle, Denver Ramen Shop
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I can’t tell my story without giving credit to my goals coach and friend, Jacki Carr. She has always been a source of endless support and has connected me with so many like minded women that have been invaluable resources in my passion projects. I have valued her friendship and the many friends she has introduced me to as well. Her encouragement has given me the inspiration to launch my bullet journal coaching.
