Hi Inbar, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
After spending over a decade in the corporate world helping large businesses grow and expand, I decided to pursue my passion for supporting small business owners and entrepreneurs to achieve comparable success. I believe that even those with limited budgets can achieve their goals with the right frameworks and tools. I aim to use my knowledge and experience to empower small business owners to make a greater impact and establish a stable foundation for their businesses.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart: As a coach and consultant, my ultimate goal is to empower entrepreneurs by breaking down complex concepts into easily digestible pieces. I understand that running a business can be overwhelming, and my mission is to provide accessible information and simplified methods of learning about business management. With my guidance, entrepreneurs can tackle new subjects with confidence and avoid any feelings of being overwhelmed.
What I’m most excited about:
I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been working on a new project for the past few months – a digital course designed to help entrepreneurs overcome overwhelm and achieve their goals with greater focus. The course is based on a framework I developed ten years ago, which involves breaking down your business into six key pillars to avoid blind spots and reduce stress. What’s particularly exciting about this course is that it will be recorded and therefore more affordable, which is important to me because I’ve met many entrepreneurs who couldn’t afford to work with a business coach, yet could have achieved great success by learning this framework and developing a solid strategy on their own.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned along the way:
Success in business cannot be achieved through a one-size-fits-all formula. Some entrepreneurs may invest their savings in hiring a small team from the get-go, while others may choose to self-educate and achieve growth independently. It is important not to compare your business to others, but to instead focus on the tools at your disposal and the progress you have already made. By honing your unique skills and blocking out external distractions that can push you in many directions, you will experience growth and be motivated to continue on your path.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Colorado has so many cool things to do! I don’t know how to fit it all in a week. But if my best friend came to visit for a week, I’d take her on some epic hikes at spots like RMNP, NCAR, and Barr Lake. We could see all sorts of wildlife and check out some amazing views. And of course, we’d have to stop by Kuluka for some boba tea and mochi donuts – they’re seriously amazing. For dinner, we’d hit up Sushi Rama – they’ve got the best sushi and drinks. And on a lazy day, we could totally grab some takeout from Country Thai in Thorton. Oh, and I just found out about Estes Park – we would definitely spend a few nights there to really make the most of our trip.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I owe a great deal of gratitude for the success and growth of my business to my partner, Kayla. She’s been an unwavering source of motivation, support, celebration, and belief in me and my dreams. A few years ago, taking that leap of faith into entrepreneurship felt intimidating, but with Kayla by my side, I was able to leave the corporate world behind and pursue my passion.
