Meet Jessa Trefethen | Hair Artist and Editorial Stylist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jessa Trefethen and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jessa, what matters most to you?
AUTHENTICITY. Showing up as who you are, allowing others to see your vulnerabilities and strengths. In all my years behind the chair, the greatest connections I’ve had are with the people I can be my complete self around.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am proud to have been a hair artist for the past 14 years. I have the privilege of working with incredible guests who trust my professional knowledge and talent. I also get to create editorial and runway art with my mentors, as well as having the opportunity to work with a luxury brand designer providing hair and makeup services for women in the business world!

To build a loyal and supportive community of guests takes time. While this challenge isn’t for the faint of heart, the rewards it will bring are endless.
No successful career comes without challenges and lessons. I have absolutely had my fair share and believe there will be more to come as my growth continues. They say what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, I accept the challenge.

My story is one of dedication, resilience, and evolution. No end in sight, still more to be written.

My shoutout is dedicated to my guests who love and support me in all endeavors, my friends and family who believe in me and stand with me through all of life’s twists and turns.

I have had incredible mentors throughout my journey. I have known and worked alongside some of the greatest artists who inspire me to grow and rise with them.
