Today we’re excited to be connecting with Joanna Azua again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.

Joanna, we are so thrilled to be connecting again and can’t wait to hear about all the amazing things you have been up to. Before we jump into all of that, some of our readers might have missed our prior interview, so can you take a moment to reintroduce yourself?
My name is Joanna Azua. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Stretch Therapist and the Owner of Mountain Peak Massage & Stretch Therapy in Colorado Springs.

We offer massage therapy in a variety of modalities and stretch therapy sessions to support our community in their health and wellness journeys.

I continue to stand firm on the importance of creating a space that is not only a peaceful escape from the outside world, but also a space for clients to feel supported and renewed.

My career continues to be fulfilling in the way of being able to not only create meaningful professional relationships but to watch and see the outcomes of the work that we do and how important the work that we do is in supporting client wellness wether it’s physical or mental or both.

I’ve journeyed this far, through life experiences, continuing education, working with a diverse community, working alongside other wonderful massage therapists as well as meeting wonderful people in the health and wellness field that share their knowledge and expertise.

Great, so let’s jump into an update on what you have been up to since we last spoke. What can you share with us?
Since we’ve last visited, Mountain Peak Massage & Stretch has continued to stay strong in our values and mission to support our clients in their wellness. We have since relocated to our very own space, solely for Mountain Peak Massage & Stretch Therapy. I am excited to share that we recently welcomed a third massage therapist which has opened up more opportunities for new clients. And for an added wellness treat at Mountain Peak Massage we have a wonderful sound healing therapist in our space.

We have now arrived at one of our favorite parts of the interview – the lightning round. We’ll ask you a few quick questions to give us all some fun insights about you.

I would like people to remember how Mountain Peak Massage & Stretch Therapy made them feel, how welcoming and down to earth the business is and that I always did and will do my best to support their journey and the journey of the massage therapists of Mountain Peak. With that, it’s important that our clients know we are a practice what we preach circle, we believe in what we do and share and guide clients with knowledge and care.
