Hi Johana, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Starting my business over ten years ago was an incredible journey filled with challenges and triumphs. As a single mom with only a foundational understanding of the industry, I knew that I had my work cut out for me. Despite the obstacles, my determination and passion pushed me to learn and grow every step of the way.
In the beginning, there were many late nights and early mornings as I navigated the complexities of entrepreneurship. I invested time in expanding my knowledge, building a reliable network, and honing my skills. Each setback was an opportunity to learn, and each success fueled my drive to reach higher goals. Balancing the responsibilities of motherhood and business ownership taught me resilience and resourcefulness.
Today, I am proud to say that my business has flourished beyond my initial expectations. The journey has not been easy, but it has been immensely rewarding. I am continually grateful for the support of my clients, family, and friends who believed in my vision. If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
First on our list is the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre, where we’ll take in the breathtaking views and rich history. To celebrate her visit, I plan to take her to The Broken Cage and Room for Milly, two of my top choices for an unforgettable experience. And for a touch of elegance the next day , i will be heading to Glen Eyrie Castle in Colorado Springs for a delightful afternoon tea. The enchanting atmosphere of the castle will make her feel like a true princess.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
After many years of dedication, hard work, and perseverance, I am filled with immense gratitude as I reflect on the journey that has brought me to where I am today. My success is not mine alone; it is a collective achievement, shared with those who have stood by me through every challenge and triumph.
I would like to extend my deepest thanks to my incredible team, whose unwavering support and commitment have been instrumental in our accomplishments. To my boss, Jose Conde, who believed in me from the very beginning and has now become my esteemed partner, your guidance and partnership have been invaluable. To my daughter Stephanie , who was just a teenager when this journey began, and who now stands beside me as my lighting agent partner, your growth and contributions have been a source of inspiration and pride.
Rebeca, my friend and mortgage mentor, is truly remarkable. Her unwavering belief in me is invaluable.
Lastly, to my now husband, whose love and encouragement have been a constant source of strength, thank you for being my rock.
