We had the good fortune of connecting with Joseph Bosworth and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Joseph, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I had an epiphany in the middle of the night about the chicken sandwich I had created a couple weeks prior, and the rest was history. I had started my own businesses in the past and couldn’t quite get them off the ground, this time has been different.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Well we are very passionate about the food we put out. We are a fast casual style food truck, everything is made from scratch.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak of course, but also a food truck tour, this a food truck town after all. Also the local hiking is great!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to give a shout out to my dear friend Francine Vonfeldt from Ciao Down Food truck, she makes amazing homemade Italian food!
