We had the good fortune of connecting with Kaitlin Nares and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kaitlin, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind our success has been back-end marketing and treating our clients as family. We want to ensure that our clients are getting the clarity, transparency, and peace of mind that they deserve,

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We represent people who have been catastrophically injured or killed by someone else, whether that is in a car or truck accident, dog attack, slip, and fall, ski or snowboard collision, daycare incident, or other circumstance.

Dealing with insurance companies is daunting and complex. We are of the belief that being able to find and hire the right attorney to help should be the exact opposite. We want to be the people that families think of if they are injured, and the law firm that people feel most comfortable with and trust to handle their case. We enjoy taking on everything from setting up the initial claim through negotiations, settlement, or jury verdict. We are genuinely concerned about families and what they go through; if even one family member is injured–mounting medical bills, numerous treatment appointments, inability to work, and inability to care for themselves. Injuries to one family member affect the whole family. The last thing these families need is the intimidation of a stuffy and pretentious law firm– leaving unanswered messages with a receptionist, no compassion for what they are going through, archaic, and burdensome requests to fax or mail documents, and conference room meetings. We offer transparency, clarity, and peace of mind– texting, virtual meetings, secure client portals to upload documents, e-signing, and user-friendly online intake forms. We make the process easier so that individuals and their families can focus on recovery and getting back on their feet.

Being able to have more autonomy and flexibility to work on the cases that we are passionate about is what drives us. We also are dedicated to changing the stigma that personal injury attorneys have because we genuinely believe that personal injury attorneys have one of the most important jobs – fighting for people who cannot or do not know how to stand up for themselves against large entities.

Starting a business is hard but my partner Chrissy and I are natural entrepreneurs. We have been fortunate to have a large network of referring attorneys who we work with on cases and who trust us to represent their closest family and friends.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was visiting, I would take them to the following places to hangout for the day: Denver Botanic Gardens, Denver Zoo, Denver Aquarium, and to Catch a Rockies game at Coors Field, hangout at Union Station- also hit 16th Street Mall while downtown. We would eat and get drinks at Acova, Postino’s, and Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
The women trial lawyer’s community and women-owned law firm (W.O.L.F.) organization have been incredible resources. Women attorneys tend to be very collaborative and generous with their time. We appreciate the outpour of support we received when my partner Chrissy and I decided to make the leap to become women business owners. Of course, we appreciate the support of our families and close friends.
