Meet Lea Hope Bonzer | artist and entrepreneur

We had the good fortune of connecting with Lea Hope Bonzer and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lea Hope, what do you think makes you most happy? Why?
What makes me happy!? Beach, Clouds, unique shaped flowers, trees, and rocks. Animals. Sunsets and sunrises. Paths without footprints. Nature in general. People come and go; most leave empathy space in me that came with the lesson that is implemented in the future of my life while taking away the trust.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I was born and raised in Zagreb, Croatia. Following my passion, life took me on a journey, and I found life in the USA, where I established photography business. My passion for converting details around us into art, creating tranquility, motivation, and inspiration, led to the founding of Hope Decor. I use a wide range of styles to reflect deep emotions, as I want to recreate the atmosphere of interiors into a thought-provoking art centerpiece, creating an inspiring, motivational, and memorable vivacious interior while encouraging relaxed and inspiring energy to recreate the ambiance of your home or workspace for everyone to enjoy.

Challenges are present daily; the only way to overcome them is by keep going. You learn that you can’t allow the emotion of a day to define your future.

Among many awards, including Best in Shows, Judges Favorite, Editors Choice awards, LuxLife Magazine UK awarded Hope Decor as Best Hospitality Wall Art Decor 2021 Resort & Retreats award.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
A week-long trip with a best friend would be filled all day long with adventures. Starting in Colorado Springs, driving through Garden of the Gods and hiking in Red Rock Canyon is a must. Walking a wolfs in the Gardens as a secret surprise. Grab a coffee and lunch at Jives Coffee Lounge in OCC. Have to say that the next day would be early rise and drive to Ouray for a day three and hiking Mt.Sneffels and amazing Blue Lakes and over the 14teener down to Telluride for day 4 of exploring. Day 5 ould back through Crested Butte and next day followed in Vail.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would love to be able to point out a person, organization, or even a book as thanks for the support, but unfortunately, I don’t have one. My art is based on emotions through life experience; mainly those were dealt with uncomfortable feelings of the broken heart. I always embraced life fully, and the experiences given to me just most came as a lesson. So I guess I can say that credit for my life story is the experience of life with a full embrace of all lessons and some individual moments that bring a smile to my face.
