We had the good fortune of connecting with Lesley Byram & Liz Hyatt and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Lesley Byram &, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?
“What’s meant to be will be.” It’s a simple yet powerful message that we don’t have control over everything.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
We combined our like for wine and cocktails and created a recipe book that anyone can follow, now available with Amazon Prime. We love to entertain at home and can’t wait till the day when we can have more than just our household partake in the fun. It’s been our goal to simplify the mixology process by using simple ingredients that you most likely already have at home. The irony is that it took some time in the test kitchen to make our recipes so easy to follow.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Our tour would begin at Larimer Square. There we would stop by one of the many delicious restaurants to have a bite and a drink in the new outdoor dining under the lights. Followed by a walk to Union Station to grab dessert at Milk box. The walking tour would continue to the Dairy Block, where we will stop again for bites and drinks in the hippest, cleanest alley in the city.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Given our world’s current state with the pandemic, our partners have been essential in keeping our business alive. We are grateful to the companies who have reached out to collaborate with their business to create special experiences for their patrons. Special thanks to Adelska, Ship Sunshine, and Curate Mercantile.
