Meet Mabree McClung | Real Estate Agent

We had the good fortune of connecting with Mabree McClung and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Mabree, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
I absolutely love affirmations; they are a great way to start or end any day on a positive note. If I had to choose my favorite affirmation, it would undoubtedly be “Be Fearless.” Although it may seem vague, it holds immense power and meaning for me. To me, “Be Fearless” means having the courage to face challenges, take risks, and pursue my goals, even if it calls for stepping outside of my comfort zone. It means acknowledging the presence of everyday fears and actively choosing to rise above them. In essence, this affirmation is a positive reminder for me to be brave and resilient, and to embrace opportunities and challenges with a positive mindset. I even keep a paper on my work desk that says “Be Fearless” to remind myself to power through the day. Overall, affirmations are an incredibly powerful tool to stay motivated and focused on my goals.

As a real estate agent, I’m excited to get to work in a field that allows me to help people find their dream homes. What sets me apart from other agents is my positive mindset and willingness to work hard. I truly enjoy working with people, and I take every opportunity to connect with my clients and understand their needs. While I’m new to real estate, my previous experiences in various fields have helped me develop a diverse skill set. I’ve worked in customer service, management, and home improvement, among other areas, and these experiences have taught me how to communicate effectively, think creatively, and problem-solve on the fly.
One of the biggest challenges has been building a client base from scratch, but I’ve found that hard work and perseverance are key to overcoming this hurdle. I’m constantly learning and growing as an agent, and I’m committed to providing my clients with the best possible service.
One of the lessons I’ve learned is that success doesn’t come overnight. It takes dedication, consistency, and a willingness to learn and adapt. I’m proud of everything I have learned so far in my career, and I’m excited to see where it takes me in the future.
As for my brand and story, I want the world to know that I’m a real estate agent who cares deeply about my clients and their needs. Whether someone is buying their first home or selling their longtime family home, I want to be there to guide them through the process with care, professionalism, and a positive attitude. I’m committed to going above and beyond for my clients, and I believe that my hard work, integrity, and positive mindset will set me apart in the industry.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If you want to have an amazing time in Grand Junction, I recommend starting with outdoor activities. Tubing the Colorado River would be the best place to start, kicking back and relaxing as we enjoyed the views down the river. Naturally, we would grab margaritas and kick back on the patio at El Tapatio after ending our float. A trip up The Mesa to explore all the lakes, and enjoy the cooler temperatures really puts in perspective how diverse the landscape can be around Grand Junction. Horseback riding in the desert followed by lunch at Cattlemans Bar & Grill in Loma is also a great option. During the rest of the week, we could go fishing on the Colorado River or explore the mountains while razor riding, and later try out some delicious food at restaurants downtown such as Taco Party or Suehiros. Later in the evening, we could watch concerts at Las Colonias Park or head to The Warehouse for a fun time. With all of these amazing activities and delicious restaurants, we will definitely have an unforgettable time in Grand Junction.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I am grateful to so many people in my life who have helped me reach where I am today. I have been incredibly fortunate to have had amazing teachers in so many areas of my life. Each season of my life has brought new lessons and experiences, and there has always been someone there to guide and support me along the way. However, out of all the people in my life, my family is the most vital pillar of support. They are the ones who have been with me through thick and thin, supporting me through every challenge and celebrating every victory with me. They inspire me, help me overcome obstacles, and teach me without even realizing it. With them by my side, I know that I can conquer anything that life throws my way.
