Meet Mandi Baca | Business Owner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Mandi Baca and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Mandi, can you share the most important lesson you’ve learned over the course of your career?
to stay consistent in every aspect. Stay consistent in posting to social media, stay consistent in replying back to future customers, no matter what kind of competition arises STAY CONSISTENT. There may be other business like yours but they’re not you!
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I wanted something that gave me creative freedom but still gave people what they wanted. I wanted people enjoy special occasions without having to plan it and set it up themselves. I offer add ons that are provided by other local business (ex. charcuterie, balloons, backdrops and more). I’m most proud of the fact that my business turned a year old in June and there were many times my anxiety almost kept me from a lot of opportunities and events. That definitely wasn’t easy but seeing a counselor bi weekly and learning to calm myself down were keys to me getting better. I want the world to know that no matter how small the job is to a local business it means the world.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
this is dedicated to my grandma Lupe, bc I know she would be the most proud of me
