Hi Mye, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
We are Crystal Clear Kingdom Productions & More LLC and we own B.O.S.S. UP Expo which is a professional travel pop up shop and expo brand provides a platform for new and established business owners in NC and surrounding areas.

We have been hosting these events since 2020 and have been able to push business exposure with businesses who have achieved the mentioned accolades which consist of but not limited to the following:

• Vogue Magazine feature

•Voyage Magazine Business Highlights

•Beauty Supply Store Vendor

•Vending Machines (various locations in NC, SC & GA)

•Women’s Online & Now In-Store Clothing Boutique

We believe in quality experience within business networking and development so that it can encourage businesses to improve & build on successful strategies daily.

Our goal is to continue providing a platform for small business owners to understand and appreciate how the power of business ownership, entrepreneurship, social networking, and marketing can improve the value of their business and or businesses. Our joint venture initiative will gain newfound insights and expertise, build better relationships and networks, and provide accessibility to better resources.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
B.O.S.S. (Build On Successful Strategies) is a trade show brand that travels across cities within CLT and surrounding areas in lieu of providing a platform for new and established business owners to promote and sell their brand and or products.

B.O.S.S. has an understanding and appreciation of how the power of business ownership, entrepreneurship, social networking, and marketing can improve the value of businesses. Our joint venture initiative will gain newfound insights and expertise, build better

In December 2020, B.O.S.S. UP Expo hosted our very first expo at the Holiday Inn Charlotte University. We invited 20 new and small business owners to debut their businesses with us. From there, we have been able to expand our market for hosting more expos and pop-ups for small business owners who are ready to network, market, and socialize with the public.

We specialize in Event Organization & Planning and strategize on how businesses should operate effectively and efficiently in order to produce outcomes as their success. As the Founder, I would say that I am forever grateful for my team that continually sows into the vision God gave me and, they too allow me to give back to their visions for their own businesses.

It’s nothing like having a genuine team that pushes the envelope for insurmountable growth more and more each day. This is the very key that holds the CCKPM LLC entity together. They are unmatched!

I would love for readers to know that once the vision is given, write it down, brainstorm with a plan in mind, execute it, and go for it!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my bestie was visiting, we would definitely have to take a brunch date to either Recess, Stats and or Link & Pin. Go shopping at Northlake or Concord Mills to find a nice evening fit to go out. Maybe get a early evening dinner from Cuzzo’s Cuisine, then hit up South End and brewery hop around to Hi-Wire Brewing and or Resident Culture.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Melanin IN ME & The W Collection deserves a shoutout from B.O.S.S. !

Both phenomenal brands has attended at least 3 events back to back utilizing our platform. Melanin IN ME, Owned by Delvon Jackson, curates representation of culture through clothing. Delvon also provides clothing graphic designs for small business owners and or organizations within the local community of Charlotte and surrounding.

The W Collection, owned by Bert Whisettse, is a custom jewelry designer that creates all customs by hand. They provide beaded accessories such as bracelets, necklaces and findings to your liking and fashionable touch. The W Collection has been in business since 2017 and has provided custom accent pieces for well known gospel artists such as Lamar Campbell, churches, organizations and more in Greensboro and surrounding areas.
