Hi Nyteisha Nicole, what do you want people to remember about you?
I want to leave an impact of light within my two daughters Nyah & Brin, giving them a wealth of wisdom to carry throughout the tests of life, and instilling in them the belief that beauty lies within. Additionally, I aim to make a lasting impact on the women I’ve encountered, encouraging them with the wisdom from scripture and sharing my life experiences, both joyful and painful.
To sum it up with one of my favorite scriptures and quotes:

I want people to remember that my ashes of pain and scars were turned into a beautiful garden where I discovered and grew. In that garden, you find God’s ultimate creations and beauty, making me feel pure, whole, and beautiful. I want people to remember how I made them feel, carrying within me God’s grace, words, and love to help them feel safe and discover the person within themselves.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
As I approach this question from a new perspective, I am amazed at the growth happening within me. Hi, I am Nyteisha Nicole, the owner of Thrive Studios Empowerment Studio. As a dedicated coach, minister, and spiritual mentor, I specialize in guiding women through faith-based principles and practical tools. With my unique blend of expertise, I empower women to cultivate deeper connections with themselves, God, and their community. Through personalized coaching sessions, inspiring speaking engagements, and transformative programs, I help women discover their inner strength, find healing, and reclaim their sense of empowerment. Together, we embark on a journey of self-discovery and resilience, where biblical wisdom meets actionable strategies. It’s a time to embrace their full potential and live a life of purpose and fulfillment, stepping into their power and making a lasting impact. Our journey together aims towards a brighter, empowered future.
I serve organizations that support women in low-income housing and shelters, as well as those that serve women of all backgrounds with tailored workshops and empowerment speaking engagements focused on self-discovery, emotional, and spiritual healing.
My journey to where I am now was not easy. As a woman of faith, a mother, and someone who once struggled to search within herself, I often sought validation from everything and everyone else. As a single mother, I thought I loved myself but realized I didn’t. When trials occurred, they amplified my insecurities. It wasn’t easy to expose my vulnerability when starting the business. Thrive Studios is currently my part-time, faith-based business with practical tools. I hope to go full-time and provide services to organizations worldwide.
Imagine women experiencing life’s trials while not knowing how to love themselves amidst it all. It creates depletion, destruction, and disappointment. I want the world to know that my brand is the essence of my faith, experiences, and choices that reshaped me to grow! We all have a choice, and life is not meant to be experienced alone, whether in joy, pain, or thriving. Community has helped me along the way. Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Since I live in Loudoun County, here’s the perfect couple of days itinerary to show my best friend the best time ever: There is so much to share but this would be more on self-reflection and a peaceful time together. On the next visit, we will dive into Historic sites & more.
Sunday to Tuesday: Loudoun County, VA
Sunday Morning: Attend a church service together.
Afternoon: Check into the Salamander Resort in Middleburg, VA. Enjoy great food and relaxation.
Evening: Experience a wine tasting with Fifty Eleven’s wine the first black women’s wine experience in Loudoun County. My favorite wine is “Stride.” at the resort meet and engage with new people.
Monday Morning: Volunteer at a homeless shelter for families with Volunteers of America in the DMV area.
Evening: Debrief over dinner at my favorite restaurant, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant in Ashburn, VA.
Tuesday Morning: Enjoy a spa day at the resort.
Afternoon: Have a bible study session together by the infinity pool.
Evening: Visit the botanical garden in Northern VA.
Wednesday to Saturday: Let’s Take Off To Napa Valley, CA (From Dulles Aiport)
A Dream Experience I Desire to Have!
Wednesday Morning: Fly to Napa Valley, CA.
Afternoon: Check into Auberge Du Soleil, a resort where beauty meets stay, dine, and wellness.
Evening: Prepare for the two-day EmpowerHer retreat. I’m the HOST. Meet and greet with other attendees in the evening, fostering a beautiful ambiance for getting to know each other.
Thursday to Friday: EmpowerHer Retreat: I will be hosting this retreat, serving 10 women on a journey of self-discovery and self-love. Activities will include relaxation, faith-building, and mind-body wellness. My friend, who loves to support me, will find this both educational and relaxing.
Saturday: Morning to Afternoon: With my best friend enjoy the resort’s amenities, savoring the food and the peaceful environment.
Evening: Fly back home.
This itinerary blends community service, personal relaxation, faith-building activities, and a memorable retreat experience. It’s a perfect mix of fun and reflection, making it an unforgettable week away from daily responsibilities. I’m a simple woman with a heart that believes everyone deserves to invest in themselves and embark on self-discovery journeys!

Whew! First and foremost, I am grateful to God for being my source of peace, provider, and purpose during my journey. Most importantly, I dedicate my journey to my Thrive Community, which includes my daughters, family, close friends, clients, colleagues, my therapist, and my spiritual and business mentors. I am deeply thankful for those everyday friends, near or far, who have shown up for me mentally and emotionally.
I have encountered amazing people along my journey, and each one holds a brick that has built a wall of armor to protect me in the garden of my life. Shoutout to Kingdom Worship Center in Loudoun County, Virginia, for the biblical teachings that have been instilled in me over the past few months.
I also want to recognize my spiritual mentor and her book, “Living in the Land of I Am” by Tiffany James. We met virtually during the pandemic, and through The Hivery in Mill Valley, California, I won a scholarship and formed an amazing friendship during their Incubator Cohort Program, led by the lovely owner Grace Kraaijvanger. Tiffany James, the owner of Encouraging Touch in the Bay Area, California, has been a beacon of authentic empowerment and genuine care. We have never met in person, but the wisdom, prayers, and tools she has provided me with are breathtaking examples of God’s grace. I honor her for her consistency, her value, and the love she has for herself, others, and especially for me. Her book is a source I delve into alongside the Bible to keep me on my road of self-discovery, both for myself and the women I serve.
